Great place for a family vacation! Large backyard with glass doors that slide open to open yard feel. Pool with hot tub. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The casita is wonderful for some privacy. The owner was incredibly kind and responsive. They made sure all our needs were met throughout our entire stay. Will stay here again.

Great Property

We really enjoyed our stay here. The layout of the house is very comfortable for 3 couples. There is a beautiful view of the golf course and mountains from the pool area. The host responded immediately to our questions, and we had no problem entering and exiting the gated community. The community is extremely well maintained and is very walkable. We look forward to staying again!

Great family stay

Had the best time. Came with my parents , in laws , my husband and almost 2 year old. The backyard is great, pool is amazing with a shelf that our toddler loved , the view is gorgeous. No chance of golf balls ever hitting you :) our stay was mostly hanging outside by the pool and this house was perfect for that! Will be back for sure !

This property was perfect for our group. We had 3 couples headed out for Stagecoach and the accommodations were just as described. Jeremy was very responsive to our texts and made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The house layout is perfect for couples and family’s. We loved hanging out in the pool and watching the golfers. Highly recommended

Beautiful setting

Our group of senior ladies love to golf and travel annually to play. We had a wonderful time at this property. We particularly enjoyed the patio, pool, and spa. The golf course setting has a beautiful view we thoroughly enjoyed. Having 3 full bedrooms and bathrooms was a plus for us. There was plenty of space in the common areas. The home is in a very nice, gated community. This is the first time we’ve paid for use of the pool when we rent. It was a hit! And the spa got lots of use. The host was gracious and very responsive to all our questions. We had great interaction from the time we rented, during our visit, and as we left the property.It was a great experience!

Property needs much maintenance and a deep clean. Could not use bedding and towels - so old and didn’t look clean. Owner’s stuff scattered throughout home. Condition of property and amenities do not warrant the price.

Beautiful home & neighborhood - kind owners

A lovely home in a very nice gated community with beautiful views. So peaceful and quiet you could hear and watch the birds. Owner/manager was very timely in responses and very easy to communicate with, which was much appreciated. Check in/out was very quick and easy. Home adequately equipped. We were there is Feb 2020 so the inside of the home was a bit cool most of the time, but we had the ability to turn heat up for a short time, as needed. Spent a considerable amount of time the first several days learning how to heat the pool and spa to our satisfaction but owner patiently worked with us and was able to remotely control pool and hot tub settings, as needed. Pool and spa were working, we just wanted it warmer. An outdoor fire pit was advertised but found out after we booked that it was not working due to a broken gas line, which wasn't yet repaired when we left. Tv's were operable but AV equipment/remotes require some work - for ease of operation. Owner indicated he has a solution for this and will be addressing. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Our stay was fraught with issues. Beginning with the sliding glass door form the living room with a broken handle. It took the owner 4 days to have the door repaired. During that time we were only able to access the patio through the master bedroom making pool and barbecuing a challenge. The fire pit was not working and the repair was described as "waiting for a valve". We were not informed about this until a few days before arrival. I found a review form 2022 stating the same issue. The dishware was very limited. No matching glassware except wine glasses. We bought glassware to use during the visit so that we would have 4 matching glasses. Dining setting were certainly not meet the needs of even 6 diners. Towels were a mismatch of collectables over many years. Closets had children"s toys. We paid in advance for daily pool heating. After 4 days of working with the owners we gave up. The temperature would get to the desired temperature but it would not maintain it. The hot tub heating was included but there always a problem. After heating the hot tub to the desired temperature the tub would then start draining and the heat would go off. I found work arounds but it was a struggle. The pool maintenance people made it clear to us that the hot tub had leaks and the equipment in general was in need of substantial repair. Bottom line, "buyer beware". The owner will certainly disputes our experience and observations.

We stayed at this property for 5 weeks in January/February 2026. As in most properties, there were some really great things about it and some that, in our opinion, could have been better. This property is in a great location and very quiet neighborhood. We always love the gated community on a golf course. The views from the backyard are stunning. Great view overlooking the golf course with the mountains in the background! This location is in good proximity of the Town of La Quinta with its restaurants, weekend farmers market and annual art show. There are also some great restaurants a few miles away at the Ralph’s grocery store area. Lots of golf courses and hiking available as well. The house itself was comfortable with clean bedding and a comfortable master suite bed. The living room furniture was also comfortable. There were a few things that we would recommend making the stay better. We personally like a bright living area and the pictures indicated this, however, in reality it was not nearly as bright as it seemed from the pictures. The property was generally clean; however, it could use what we would call a ‘deep clean’. The electronic equipment is quite old and could use an upgrade. We would say the same for the blinds in the entire house. We did have an issue getting the spa working properly, however, the host was very responsive and was able to operate it remotely. There were several issues that needed to be corrected and he had a service person attend prompt

Great pool - loved the casita for extra space!

Spent a great weekend with our daughters, sister-in-law and her family. All ages. Every was as described and the host was great at communication and seamless check-in. Best yet with VRBO! The pool and spa were wonderful, loved having the umbrella on the baja deck - spent most of the weekend in the water. Very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely come back!
