28 Chillingworth Road, Cowes - close to the bay

Positioned very close to the north facing bay beach, this property has a lovely large front garden great for the kids. And, with a great deck overlooking the yard, it's perfect to sit out and enjoy an afternoon in the sun (there are glimpses to the water!)

Inside the home is lovely and sunny with a very comfortable lounge area including tv and dvd. There is a large dining table and a well equipped kitchen. The kitchen has electric cooking, microwave and dishwasher. Heating is provided by a pot belly stove and a split system heating and cooling unit in the lounge.

The three bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable and the family bathroom includes a bath and separate shower. There is a laundry with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The great north facing deck has a gas BBQ and an outdoor setting, perfect for summer bbq's. The garden is fully fenced and the garage is available for use.

This really is a lovely solid brick home in a quiet location, very close to the beach.

Pets are welcome - strictly outside only (Conditions apply)

A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure.

Loved it.
The property was clean and comfortable. It was a quiet area and a short walk to the beach. I would definately return if I visit Phillip Island again. It was a bit tricky when we learned all but one bed was king sized, as I don't have that size sheets. We had to use sleeping bags on the bed.

Internet and heating
There was no internet in the master bedroom and the adjacent bedroom with queen bed which was really upsetting. In other areas if the house hardly couple Of bars and often internet drop Out. We hesitated to turn on pot belly heater as we are not used to it . Good to have AC in other bedrooms to keep the guest warm.

Fabulous weekend getaway
Our family and dog loved our recent weekend stay. The cosy house was well equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The pot belly stove was stocked with kindling and when lit it warmed up the house so nicely. Our dog loved the fabulous large yard to run around in. The front verandah was lovely to sit out and enjoy our fish and chips in the afternoon sun. Walking distance to local beaches and a short drive to Cowes for supplies as well as Red Rocks beach which is dog friendly. We will definitely stay again.
