忙しいカウズから車でわずか15分、橋を渡って5分で、人気のあるサンレモまで行くことができます。

家の中はモダンで日当たりが良く、オープンプランのラウンジ、ダイニング、キッチンがあります。  2つのスライドドアは、十分な光を取り入れ、フロントデッキにアクセスできるようにします。  キッチンの隣にある二重のドアは、ほとんどの時間をリラックスしたりバーベキューをしたりする楽しいデッキに向かって開きます。

メインベッドルームにはテレビ付きのクイーンベッドとダブルシャワー付きの専用バスルームがあり、セカンドベッドルームにはクイーンベッドがあり、3番目のベッドルームには3段ベッドがあります。家族のための部屋。

メインエリアの分割システムの暖房と冷房は一年中快適に過ごせます。また、メインバスルームには洗濯機が備わっています。 シングルガレージはゲストが利用できます。

Great location, lovely stay

We have stayed at this property a few times - the location is excellent with walking distance to cafe, tavern and shops and 10 min drive to the beach. It is overpriced as without Wifi, no airconditioning in bedrooms, no linen, no extra bin liners, no toiletries and quite noisy as near main road but it has a good feel about it and a lovely deck out the back.

Okay property. Close to one of the most beautiful beaches in Phillip Island. Not Having full bedding and towels was a bit inconvenient!

Good location

It was a nice property and convenient location. However there is no insulation so you hear EVERYTHING from the road and other rooms in the house. The house was mainly clean but showers were filthy.

Lovely property, great location and perfect for a nice getaway.

We have rented this property a couple of time and will keep coming back. Neat, simple accommodation with a homely feeling.

Excellent Value

Really enjoyed the house. There is plenty of kitchen supplies. Lovely home. Great layout. I didn’t realise until the day before we arrived that we had to supply our own sheets, towels and pillow cases. The key system was easy. We appreciated the cupboard full of puzzles and games. Would recommend this rental.

Could be great with some final work.

As said in title.. Needs electrical fit off of outlet plates complete, handbasin in en-suite fixed and not leaking, shower taps not leaking and outlet dripping all night, thermostat fitted to hws….and then it would be lettable. The cottage is fitted out well with equipment but surely bin liners and a hairdryer should be expected these days Beds were comfy and heating adequate

Great family vacation home!

The property was clean and tidy, and very well stocked with essentials for a short, self-catering stay. Comfortable and clean beds. Bonus was the games, puzzle sets, DVDs included for families on rainy days! Neighbourhood was quiet and within walking distance to beach and local walks.

Home away from home

It was a very nice house with everything we needed for our gateway. Loved the BBQ area and enjoy the walking around the neighbourhood and found a beautiful beach within 15min walk from the house. Quiet location and closer to all the places we went around Phillip Island. We will be back again. Wish there was Netflix for children to watch some movie.

Comfortable

Ensuite bathroom needs a blind/curtain. Main bathroom could do with a handheld shower head & non slip mat for bathtub. Not complaining just suggesting. Apart from this it is comfortable and clean.

Great little holiday unit for a short summer stay

Fantastic location, light, modern and comfortable holiday unit with a great outdoor area. Can get noisy as next to a main road and residential area. Some things need attention and it definitely needs linen and wi fi but overall a lovely place with a relaxing feel and very close to two beaches. Thin walls so may get cold in winter, but good for summer.

The place was clean and spacious for a small family.

Nice house, was clean and spacious. Had some board games and movies to keep the kids busy when the weather was too cold to go outside. Close to the town San Remo and to the beach Cape Woolamai.

Clean, good size, well presented

Nice clean house, good sized rooms, well presented home. Was exactly what we needed for the weekend. Small backyard, but didn't need that.

Enjoyed our stay

Cosy and warm given the outdoor elements. Good arrangement of beds for our family. Could easily relax and feel at home.

Easter Holiday

My family and I stayed here over the Easter break. Location was good and house was clean. However, anyone planning on staying here with young children should be aware that there is no front fence and that road can get very busy. Also, there is no side gate on one side of the house so if your children are playing in the backyard they can easily escape to the front. Another negative point and critical issue was their hot water system. It would shut off at random times everyday and not turn on for several hours. Therefore we were forced to shower in freezing cold water. Unfortunately, due to these negative points we were unable to enjoy our stay at this property.
