I am a touring musician who has toured the world internationally over 4 times and am based out of LA. I saw the trend and wave of cool that was sweeping over Nashville years ago and it has hit big time so I am glad I was able to acquire this wonderful place years ago before it popped. I have a love affair with Nashville and its history and I look forward to providing a place to stay so others can enjoy it the way I have.

Perfect place for a visit to Nashville! Close to everything you would want to enjoy!! Perfect!!
Loved our stay! Quiet neighborhood, cute house and short uber drive to everything!!
Cozy and comfortable.
The space was perfect for our needs. Jason had plenty of information for us. The only disappointment was that we didn’t have enough time to do all of the things we wanted. Next trip will be just for exploring the city!
It was really great to have a quiet, cozy spot to return to after spending our days navigating the Nashville highways.
Despite previous reviews to the contrary, the coffee supply was ample to say the least! I am a 4-6 cup a day person, and in three days I couldn’t even go through all that was available. Thank you to our hosts who made this trip one to remember!!!
Our stay got off to a very rocky start. Arriving at night, the house was very dark and a house number could not be seen. It took forever to find the right house. When I finally stumbled around long enough, I made the trek up the very dark and steep staircase to the entry door and it was pitch black! The keyholder was very hard to find and was on the floor of the stairway attached to the railing, and it was so dark I could not see the numbers to unlock the keyholder. It was VERY frustrating, the entire entry process from locating the right house to finding the entry door and getting in. Having no light on was so incredibly inhospitable. After I recovered from that, which took a while, the stay was lovely. Would return. I want to know what kind of sheets were on the bed. SO SOFT! this is a well appointed little attic cottage and had everything we needed. If you drink a lot of coffee, bring extra K Cups. The eight provided for a two night stay was perfect for us. This is a nice location for exploring Nashville. If you like it quiet though, check to see if there is a party going on in the main house below. It was very loud and rambunctious when we were there, the young women were very friendly but you hear EVERYTHING upstairs. They were having a good time. LOL Again, a great stay at a great price. People talk about the low shower but it did not bother neither my husband nor I. A really fine stay. Affordable, cute, and comfortable.
To be fair the address of this rental is in big reflective numbers on the mail box and is clearly visible from the street as is the street name as the house is one off the corner and the street sign is directly in view so im not sure what could be the problem finding the rental. Ive never had this complaint before. There is a light at the top of the stairs directly above the entry way so there is plenty of light to navigate the lock box. I was quick to answer the phone and talk the guest through the steps of how to open a lock box and had assured them that it is an easy process and they simply needed to try again as I have NEVER had a guest not be able to gain entry because of the lock box opening after being a host for 3 years. The guest also checked in after midnight it should be noted so yes, it was dark. Im glad they enjoyed their stay as I go out of my way to provide a safe enjoyable rental. I normally dont respond to reviews but felt this picture that the guest provided of their check in experience could have been as simple as it has been for other guests.
Was in Nashville for a conference and it looked just like the pictures when we got there.
I wouldn’t suggest more than 2 or 3 people sleeping there. It would be a little crowded after that.
A spring in the pull out couch was broken so that was super uncomfortable to sleep on and air mattress that was listed was unavailable.
Washer and dryer are listed for unit but are actually shared between A and B and need another code, which I had to ask multiple times for. And could only use during certain hours of the day.
Ants, everywhere, even when we walked in and the place was empty they were all over the table.
Unit A controlled the heat so there were times when we were sweating upstairs and could not turn it off.
The queen size bed was comfortable.
it was ant season so we have set the annual traps and that always does the trick but they came early this year this is only a problem the first week of spring. I responded right away with laundry information so I have no idea what this person is talking about.
This was the perfect place for our stay in Nashville. As a VBRO owner this met all of our expectations. Very clean and comfortable. The only down side was the short shower and we could hear the guests that stayed in the lower part of the home.
We definitely would consider staying again when ever in Nashville.

Great deal for the price.
Clean place. Shower is short, but it was still a good place to stay.
