I am a touring musician who has toured the world internationally over 4 times and am based out of LA. I saw the trend and wave of cool that was sweeping over Nashville years ago and it has hit big time so I am glad I was able to acquire this wonderful place years ago before it popped. I have a love affair with Nashville and its history and I look forward to providing a place to stay so others can enjoy it the way I have.
What makes this Apartment unique
Unit Sleeps 5 comfortably. And features an additional unit (A) Below, also listed separately on VRBO that can sleep 10 so If it is available you have the advantage of sleeping 15 people in your party a night in the same location!! Great spot in East Nashville!
The property was perfect and just right for our time in Nashville. It was in a quiet neighborhood, but only a quick Lyft ride to anywhere we wanted to go. The apartment was clean and the bed was so comfy! Kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. The book Jason leaves had good information, but could have been more specific with details-such as "Shelby Bottoms Greenway is just steps away,) but we didn't know how to get there. The googled addresses were miles away. Jason did a great job describing the various neighborhoods and what they had to offer, but no address to give to Lyft as a starting point. There is a grocery store 3/10 of a mile away, but it wasn't listed in the book which I think would be helpful for people to know especially if they don't have a car. I would stay again and would recommend it to others.
Not a four person apartment, the pull out couch must be 100 bucks and 20 years old
The pull out couch would cave in when anyone even sat on it
loved the place
We enjoyed our stay, the flat was great, thanks
Great neighborhood and location. House was perfect for the two of us.
Jason was a gracious contact/ owner and the place is as described. It works very well for a homebase to explore the Nashville area. Would definitely recommend this rental to others and most likely will be returning in the future.
Great little place!
Overall this property was perfect for a weekend getaway. My husband and I stayed over the weekend before a conference. The space was more than adequate. The bed was comfy, the sheets were amazing. The kitchen was a great size! I wished we cooked more. The bathroom is pretty small and the comments on the shower were so true. I'm 5'2'' and hit my head on the showerhead. This was not a dealbreaker for us though. The comments about the light on the top of the stairs was true for us too. We showed up very light and the teensy stairwell was difficult to manage with our large suitcases. Jason was SUPER responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything at all. He was a fabulous host. The area the house is in is pretty great. We highly recommend Five Points Pizza! We appreciated all the info Jason put together for local recommendations. Highly recommend!
