Cosy and comfortable holiday home for 6 people. close to the beach

Directly on the cliffs and only 200 meters from the beautiful sandy beach, you will find our holiday house. The terrace house in south-west location offers on 78 m² enough space for 6 persons. For cozy apartment includes a host of facilities.
Our apartment offers relaxing holidays all year round. In summer, two terraces available in winter the wood stove provides cozy warmth.
Pets are not allowed.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht. Der Kontakt zu Vermieterin und Verwalterin war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert.Nur die Sauberkeit hätte etwas besser sein können, besonders was die Küche angeht. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt - empfehlenswert! Wir haben eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht! Die Unterkunft war sauber, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet.  Diese Ferienwohnung hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt: Die Küche hatte alles, was wir brauchten, die Betten waren (für uns und die Kinder) super bequem, Gäste-WC, WLAN und eine Waschmaschine – perfekt auch für längere Aufenthalte.Die große Terrasse war unser Lieblingsplatz, besonders zum Frühstück oder Abendessen unter freiem Himmel.  Die Lage ist ideal: Sie liegt in ruhiger Umgebung und dennoch in perfekter Nähe zum Strand – ideal für entspannte Urlaubstage mit kurzen Wegen zum Meer. In wenigen Minuten ist man mit den Füßen im Sand. Perfekt für alle, die Erholung und Nähe zur Natur suchen. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Fechter und Frau Malion war jederzeit freundlich, aufgeschlossen, unkompliziert und herzlich. Als Willkommensgruß erwartete uns eine liebevolle kleine Aufmerksamkeit - ein Detail, das uns besonders berührt hat. Diese Ferienwohnung können wir vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Sehr gut gelegenes Haus mit Schuppen

Ankommen und wohlfühlen geht anders.Leider war das Ferienhaus sehr schmutzig.Alles was man angefasst hat, hat geklebt, von den Türgriffe und Türrahmen bis zum Handlauf der Treppe. Auf den Matratzen Haare. Die Schrankfächer voller Sand. Küchen Utensilien zum Teil nicht gespült, in der Kaffeemaschine waren noch Reste vom Kaffee. Die Fenster waren mit Sabber von kleinen Kindern voll.Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Küchen Ausstattung könnte besser sein, für 6 Personen zu wenig.Die Verwalterin war sehr unfreundlich, sagte zu mir" Sie sind mit ihrem Leben wohl unzufrieden". Sie war bei der Ankunft nicht da, Sie hat die Mülleimer nicht rausgestellt, das haben wir gemacht. Daneben war eine Arbeitskollone untergebracht, da war um 5.00 Uhr in der Frühe die Nacht rum, wegen der Lautstärke, Abend sehr laute Musik.Rerik, wir kommen wieder, aber nicht in dieses Haus.

Großzügiges Ferienhaus in guter Lage

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, guter Kontakt. Ferienhaus nur wenige hundert Meter vom Strand (Steilküste) entfernt. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Große Feriensiedlung mit vielen Objekten, kann demzufolge auch mal etwas lauter sein. .

Das Ferienhaus hat die passende große für einen Urlaub mit Großeltern und Kinder. Die Lage zum Strand und zum Ortskern ist ideal.Im Haus und im kleinen Garten fühlt man sich sehr wohl und man kann die ruhe genießen.

Sehr schönes Haus in Strandnähe

Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Lage. Fußläufig ist der Strand und auch das Salzhaff sehr gut zu erreichen. Gute und freundliche Kommunikation mit der Hausverwalterin. Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub an der Ostsee!

Tolle Unterkunft mit hervorragender Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es ist alles da, was eine Familie braucht. Die Unterkunft ist gut geschnitten. Kinder schliefen im Dachgeschoss. Wir im Obergeschoss. Weiteres Zimmer mit Doppelbett haben wir als Ankleide genutzt. Mit dem Smart-TV konnten die Kids Checker-Tobi streamen und wir ausschlafen ☺️ In kaum 5 Minuten kann man über eine Treppe zur Steilküste gehen. Von wo wir den Sandstrand entlang zur Seebrücke liefen (Ca. 20 Minuten). Die Kinder folgten uns entweder Muscheln und Dteine suchend am Strand oder direkt im Meer. Die Seebrücke war zwar gesperrt. Kalle‘s Strandbar war aber offen😋 Die Kinder spielten im und am Wasser. Wir beobachteten die Lage aus gemütlicher Entfernung. Je nach Anlass ging es unten oder auf der Steilküste entlang zurück. Bzw. zum Pizza holen ging Papa durch den Ort. Auch rund um Rerik war viel geboten: Wir waren bei Karl‘s, Molli Dampflok, Wonnemar und Tierpark Wismar. Außerdem hatten wir Glück, dass am Ankunftstag auch noch ein großes Pfingstfeuer (für uns😉) entzündet wurde. Nicht zu vergessen: frischen Fisch, Räucherfisch und Fischbrötchen vom Fischer waren auch nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Wir werde gerne wiederkommen.
