Our House is situated near the Busstop. You dond even need a car. to travel around the lake. Shops, Restaurants, Bank, Hairdresser, you find in walking distance. For children we have nearby a beautiful playground. It would be nice to have you as our Guest.
In case you are 2 familys, we can rent next doors house as well.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Wir haben eine schöne Zeit in diesem Haus verbracht. Es war sauber, schöne große Zimmer und alles hat gepasst. Die Vermieterin war super nett und bereits im Vorfeld total hilfsbereit. Sehr empfehlenswert!

- Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung- prima Lage für Spaziergänge durch Weinberge- größere Orte am Bodensee gut per Auto zu erreichen- Addresse wird in Google Maps auf falsche Position abgebildet, eine geografische Positionsangabe auf der Webseite wäre super für reibungslose automatische Navigation

Tolle Villa

Das Haus ist wunderschön mit tollem Blick auf den See und die Berge wie beschrieben. Ich habe immer mit der Vermieterin per Mail kommuniziert das hat Prima geklappt. Was ich als sehr negativ und so noch nie erlebt habe ist das ich Ein Jahr im Voraus bei Fewo gebucht habe und direkt den vollen Preis überweisen musste obwohl der Vermieter erst bei Anreise das Geld bekommt das finde ich nicht in Ordnung und würde es so nicht wieder buchen. Das alles hat aber nichts mit dieser tollen Villa zu tun Sie ist ein Traum jederzeit wieder

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Leider war die Villa nicht sauber. Im Badezimmer wurde nicht wirklich gereinigt. Der Boden nicht richtig sauber und in der Dusche waren Haaren noch im Abfluss so das dieser von Beginn an verstopft war. Daher kann ich nicht die gesamte Punktzahl geben.

Bei Sonne noch mal so schön

Ein gepflegtes Haus, auf sehr gutem Standard eingerichtet. Mit Bodenseeblick. Irritierend, dass alle Rauchmelder abgeschraubt waren und in einer Schublade lagen. Die Silikon-Dichtung der Dusche in dem ansonsten so eleganten Badezimmer muss dringend ausgetauscht werden. In den oberen Schlafzimmern wünscht man sich mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten.

Schönes Haus mit Seeblick

Das Haus war für uns zwei Familien gut geeignet. Die meiste Zeit verbrachten wir gemeinsam am großen Esstisch und konnten im Winter den tollen Blick auf den See genießen. Die Lage war gut, zu Fuß nach Hagnau oder Meersburg waren schöne kleine Touren. Der Rest ging prima mit dem Auto. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Villa Bodenseeblick ?

Das Objekt ist gut ausgestattet aber man soll eine Mülltrennung machen und es wurden keine gelben Säcke bereitgelegt und auf eine Nachfrage hieß es : Ich kann Sie mir abholen.Eigendlich habe Ich Urlaub eingeplant.

Die Woche in diesem Haus war sehr schön, Meersburg ist als Stadt sehr schön und als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge sehr gut geeignet.

Super Lage, alles sehr gut mit dem Taxi zu erreichen. Meersburg liegt zu Füssen, einfach traumhaft. Ausblick genial, Bei gutem Wetter sind die schneebedeckten Alpen zu sehen.

Top Haus

Die Haushälfte ist mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 großen Bädern, sowie einem großen Wohnzimmer, Essbereich mit Einbauküche ausgestattet. Die Terrasse ist großzügig mit direktem Blick auf den Bodensee und die Berge. Die Lage ist in einem Wohngebiet, mit anderen Einfamilienhäusern, was sich zusätzlich wohnlich anfühlt. Die Lage in Stetten ist 5 Autominuten vom Zentrum Meersburg entfernt was alle Ausflüge super bequem macht. In der nahen Umgebung gibt es super viel zu entdecken. Durch die Lage sind kurze Wege garantiert. Alles in allem eine super Ferienwohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus sehr empfehlen!

Corina bedingt waren wir etwas in Sorge, dass das klappt - die USA Töchter konnten denn auch nicht anreisen. Wir haben dann halt genossen, was zu genießen war.

Wir kommen wieder

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem wunderschönen Haus genossen. Im Ort ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Immer wieder Weinfeste in der Umgebung. Und wir waren gleich in Konstanz und Umgebung. Haben den Bodensee und das Haus genossen.

Schönes großzügiges Haus mit super Ausblick. Es gibt eine super Busverbindung nach Meersburg.

Wer lärmempfindlich ist, wem könnte die nahegelegene Bundesstraße stören. Nachts konnte man sehr gut trotz geöffnetem Fenster schlafen.

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem Ferienhaus. Alles ist vorhanden für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sauber und gut eingerichtet. Für Ausflüge und Wanderungen ist die Lage ideal. Auch der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett und angenehm. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Lage und sehr schöne Ausstattung

Wir waren mit 2 Familien in dem Haus. Jede Familie konnte ein ausreichend grosses eigenes Bad nutzen, was wir als großen Vorteil empfanden. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad oder mit dem Auto ideal und zentral. Zu Fuß an den See brauchten wir ca. 20 bis 30 Minuten. Ein Spaziergang nach Meersburg ist sehr schön möglich. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die in der Nähe verlaufende B 31 hat uns nicht gestört, bei geschlossenen Fenstern sind auch nachts keine Fahrzeuge zu hören. Im Ort gibt es ein wunderbares Lokal, das wir aufgrund der Qualität und der Preise sehr empfehlen können. In der Riedetsweiler Str. 5 in Stetten ist die Vesperstube Zur alten Brennerei. Vielen Dank für die freundliche Betreuung; sollte uns unser Weg wieder einmal an den Bodensee führen, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder in dieses Domizil.

Angenehme Begegnung

Ein richtiges Wohlfühlhaus mit angenehmer Wärme(Fußbodenheizun) Küche ein wenig kein für 7 Personen. Im Sommer muss das Haus ein Traum sein, mit diesem Bodenseeblick perfekt

Magnifique location

Belle maison tout confort qui nous a agréablement surpris, très propre et très fonctionnelle. Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette location située à proximité de Meersburg, ville d'exception située près du lac de Constance. Nous la recommandons sans problème. Que du bonheur.
