The house was a perfect size for the four us.--my husband ,myself and our son and his wife. There are two very private bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom which I really appreciate.. Each bedroom had its own TV. There was a large screen tv in the living room.
The living room and dining room (with seating for 8) had floor to ceiling glass doors leading to the a lovely outside covered patio. The patio had eclectic fun furniture with propane heater. There is another large dining are on the patio. There is a very comfortable seating area in the yard with a large fire pit..
The yard is enclosed by a very private fence. The fence is lined with unusual plants and a lemon tree.. Everything was contained in the backyard , so our little dog could be outside soaking up the sun without a leash.
The kitchen is compact with reasonable equipment for cooking. The stove top has gas burners with an electric oven and a somewhat confusing microwave.
There is also a very handy full size washer and driver.
Pam, the owner and manager was very responsive. Unfortunately. the garbage disposal died on our second day causing the sink to back up and the kitchen to flood. Pam had a plumber there the next day to take care of it.
We really enjoyed the house and would definitely stay again!
BTW, lots of parking and markets within walking distance. A Trader Joe's', and Whole Foods a short drive away. Also, very reasonable internet service. My son worked remotely on the computer and had no isssues.
