Casa de lujo neutral en carbono con piscina

Casa de lujo espaciosa, tranquila y sin emisiones de carbono, con pisos de madera y una piscina vallada con calefacción solar y fuente de agua.

Tenemos un nuevo conjunto de lavadora / secadora. Cuna disponible bajo petición.

Nuestra casa tiene cuatro habitaciones espaciosas y cómodas. Son:
Maestro: Faro (cama King)
'Pool': Bangkok (Twin sobre litera completa)
'Frente': Lisboa (cama Queen)
'Centro': Marsella (cama completa)

Las cuatro habitaciones tienen vestidores, cortinas opacas, pisos de baño con calefacción, aerosoles para bidé y televisores inteligentes (50 ", 55", 55 ", 65"). La gran sala de estar también tiene un televisor inteligente de 70 "y 7. 1 sonido envolvente.

El baño principal tiene una gran ducha a ras de suelo con dos cabezales de ducha y una bañera separada muy grande con chorros de aire y una parte posterior con calefacción. Marsella y Bangkok tienen duchas, y Lisboa tiene una bañera de hidromasaje. Todas las habitaciones cómodamente espaciosas son suites. El dormitorio principal y el "frente" tienen baños completamente privados. Una habitación comparte el baño con la casa, y la última comparte su baño con la piscina.

Beautiful house-great for multi-couples

Small glitch at check-in as our code did not work. We arrived late after a long day of travel to find we couldn’t get in. Host did not answer messages so we headed to a hotel for the night, but he called right before we booked multiple hotel rooms. So crisis was avoided and he was very apologetic. Property was perfect for 3 couples and my mother in town for a wedding. Beautiful property-would highly recommmend.

Exceptional amenities and location, the pool was such a perk, and so nice to have a full bathroom off every bedroom (virtually unheard of in this area) Will definitely be back and hope to stay again 😃

Quiet in Campbell

Dan’s property was perfect for our stay. Each of my children had their own, spacious bedroom and bathroom, the pool was delightful, and the house was clean and well equipt. The neighborhood was cozy and quiet. We heard ZERO sirens our entire stay. Dan’s property is about 45 mins to San Fran, 15 minutes to downtown Los Gatos and a stones throw to San Jose. Dan was a wonderful host, touching base on check in day and giving privacy for the remainder of the trip. I highly recommend this property and am grateful for Dan’s hospitality.

Absolutely superb!

Dan's house was a marvelous fit for our group of five adults and two small children. All of the bedrooms were very comfortable, and having a bathroom for each one was luxurious. The open-plan common areas are spacious, well-organized, and nicely furnished, and the excellent laundry facilities were easy to use. The plentiful supply of pool towels enhanced our enjoyment of the swimming pool which we were in every day. The small lawn in front was another nice play area for our grandkids. The driveway has ample parking, and street parking was available as well. The neighborhood is a great location, quiet yet so convenient to parks, stores, restaurants and Highway 17. Dan was very responsive to our questions, and went above and beyond to help us know in advance that the house would accommodate some special needs. If we are able to organize a similar gathering in the future, we certainly will hope to be Dan's guests again!

Property was great, Dan was so accommodating with my questions. Family had a great time and was only 20 minutes to Hakone where wedding was. House was Beautiful. We are thankful for finding this home to be together for the wedding week.

Turnkey ease in beautiful spacious home

I stayed for a week in this house with my husband, 15, 14 and 12 year old while visiting family in Sunnyvale. We were traveling from Europe and our jet lag was really bad so we needed space to spread out and we found exactly that! Each bedroom had a nice en suite bath, the kitchen was totally outfitted and the HUGE washer and dryer in the garage helped us return home with clean clothes. The sofa in the living room fit our entire family at once and really everything about this house was easy, clean and spacious. The location was perfect for getting around and there was a supermarket and a drug store close by too. This is a quiet neighborhood and the house has a sunny look to it. We didn't use the pool but it looked immaculate over the entire stay. We were grateful to the home owner, Dan, who was kind enough to answer all our questions and gave us great recommendations. When we return to Sunnyvale as a family we would absolutely plan to stay here again.

Get location

The property is in a very safe community. Close to parks for the kids and everything else is within a 2 mile radius. Restaurants in the area are very good. Easy access on and off highways. We will definitely stay again when visiting the area.

Wedding Weekend

We came in from Ohio for my son's wedding and this house could not have been a better fit. Spacious accommodations, quiet neighborhood and great location. Dan is an excellent host and was extremely prompt to any questions or inquiries. He was even gracious enough for us to host a small after wedding gathering. The pool was the capstone for my two granddaughters( yes, the crazy folks from Ohio swam every day!!) Thanks again for a perfect stay.

Smart Home with all the Finer things

This is a great house no wasted space and everything has been well thought out down to the bathrooms- one in every bedroom, matching the needs of little kids or tired parents or a private teen. Great pool. Owner super responsive and gracious. We will now always stay here when in San Jose

Great spot with Pool

Definitely would stay here again. Place was clean and as pictured. I love that it is minimal in aesthetic. Having lots of decor just means more things I have to keep kids from touching. This place is perfect for a family. Spacious, clean, safe gate around pool. Communication with owner was excellent.

Great Family Spot!

Beautiful home in an amazing neighborhood. Close to everything! Be sure to take a walk through the neighboring areas, a pleasant place! We stayed here with our family for a wedding. Plenty of space for everyone. Each bedroom has a bathroom, so vital! The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and minimal. This is a "shoe free" property, plan to bring some indoor slippers :). Tons of storage space for all of your bags/personal belongings. Good setup for small children. Laundry is included but it's in the garage (not sure if that's typical in CA?). Lovely outdoor space in the back for relaxing! + Pool if it's warm enough As with any rental, the kitchen was well used (appliances, pots/pans, utensils). Possibly in need of some extra deep cleaning! We found everything we needed and enjoyed the spacious kitchen.

Stay in Campbell

The property is a single floor compact and comfortable. Pool is medium size and dominates the backyard. The place is very new and the kitchen / bathrooms are nicely done. Everything works, wood floors and all. Overall comfortable and worked well for our needs.

Great Summer pool time stay for family

Family and I decided to rent a place with a pool for a week to have a change of scenery. This property was exactly what we were looking for. The house was clean and modern with lots of nice amenities. When we needed a break from swimming in the pool there were several small neighborhood parks within a mile. For a couple of days i had to remotely login and work and attend some meetings. I had no issues with wifi or internet even with the wife and kid video streaming during meetings. The host, Dan, was fast to respond and quick to help out with any issues we encountered. We would definitely say here again next summer.

The BEST house for a family…or friends

This place was like a dream from the minute we walked in until the minute we left. Dan, the owner, was very good about communicating rules to us. He was also good at telling us about things like how to put the garbage out, how to use his Siri Apple home, and most importantly, he made sure the pool was nice and warm for us Northeasterners. We came with 5 adults ranging in age from 37-65, and 3 kids ranging in age from 16 months to 6 years old. The gate around the pool is a HUGE safety feature for the kiddos. There’s also plenty of dishes, silverware, dish soap, and even washer soap and the washer and dryer came in clutch with the kids. He even provided pool towels. If you’re going to visit the area, and you stay here, you don’t have to go out and do something “touristy” every day. The house alone is entertaining enough with the pool, grill, and nice neighborhood. It’s very close to a lot of things that most people would want to do. We were about 30 mins from the Santa Cruz boardwalk/beach, about 60 minutes to the beautiful Golden Gate Bridge, and probably 90 minutes away from the Muir Woods where you can see the massive Redwood trees. Dan is also incredibly responsive to any needs we had. There were issues with the garbage disposal…he had it looked at within 12 hours of letting him know, and had it fixed within a day with a brand new one. He’s always available if you need anything, not to mention he is a very personable individual. I really don’t have anything negative to say about this stay, except that if you have a child who isn’t super steady on their feet, but loves to play (and gets into everything like my daughter) it could be a little more child proof. Like maybe just some soft things on the edges of the tables, and some cabinet locks. That being said, it wasn’t unsafe for the kiddos in any way, I just thought it might help to mention that to anyone who will be bringing kids around the 1-3 year old age range. Bottom line: you can’t go wrong with staying here. I went to visit family with some other family from around the country who all met there. If my family member we visited in Santa Cruz wasn’t moving soon, I would go back every year and stay here. Dan, you’re the man, and thank you again for letting us stay at your beautiful home.
