This newly constructed home named “H.P.’s Hideaway” was completed March 2019. The home features four bedrooms, three and a half baths, an expansive recreation area, an optional heated pool (see below for details), a corner lot for extra privacy, gorgeous natural hardwoods throughout, large porch, and much more. H.P.’s Hideaway is within walking distance to the downtown Tybee area, local grocery store, restaurants, and of course... the beach!

*The pool can be heated at an additional charge of $60 per night. Please note that the pool cannot be heated to hot tub temperatures. It is headed to the industry standard of 85 degrees.

Floor one (underneath the home) consists of a large play area/recreation area with a 55 inch TV, seating area, propane grill, fooseball table, ping pong table, dart board, extra fridge for downstairs drinks, and spacious pool(20 by 10). There is also several beach chairs, a pull out 10x10 tent, and a beach cart provided.

Floor two consists of an open floor plan that includes the main dining area, living room, a half bath, and a fully equipment kitchen. The front porch is accessible though the main living area and contains a dining table, sitting area, and a porch bed with a twin mattress that’s a perfect relaxing spot. Off the living room is the master bedroom and bathroom. The master bedroom has a spacious king bed with a 55 inch TV. The master bath features a walk-in tile shower, double vanity with customs mirrors, and a large soaker tub.

Floor three consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom one contains a king bed and a separate daybed with a pull out double twin trundle for additional sleepers. This bedroom is directly attached to upstairs bathroom one. Bedroom two contains a queen bed with another double twin trundle daybed. This bedroom is attached to the second bathroom. The third bedroom contains a queen bed and access bathroom two via hallway.

All TV’s in the home are smart TVs.

The home is also equipped with a Nest keyless entry system which makes check-in and check-out easy and convenient for each quest. Each guest receives a unique personal code the day prior to their arrival. Please feel free to message with any questions you may have regarding our simplified check-in process.
