This gorgeous unit has been recently renovated to accommodate all modern necessities. Located near Sunset Pier and only 2.5 blocks to the beautiful beaches of Sea Isle City, this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit provides great proximity and tranquility. One of the most popular ways of enjoying this property is to leave the car parked in assigned parking, walking to the beach and surrounding town, then taking the JITNEY to enjoy the uptown Sea Isle nightlife. Additionally, the southern section of Sea Isle City has some of the best local favorites to grab a bite; be sure to stop by Hank Sauce while in town! With so much to try and explore, isn’t it time you discovered this hidden gem in the sublime, Sea Isle City, NJ?

Upon first arrival to the property via 87th street, guests will see an extended driveway that connects between 86th and 87th street. Unit 201’s assigned parking space is the first space located on the right-hand side as guests pull onto the property. Guests may temporarily park their vehicles underneath the complex while the unpack into the unit. The primary entrance for guest use is through a white door, painted with a heron, located closer towards the 86th street garage exit. Proceeding into the common area will place guests at the bottom of the staircase to the unit; as guests ascend the staircase, the primary entrance door will be the first to appear. First entering, guests will be situated in the primary hallway of the unit. The unit’s 2 bedrooms, one with an exterior entrance, and a full bathroom are located down the right-hand side of the hall. Proceeding down the left-hand side of the hall places guests first in the living area, then eat-in kitchen. One of the brightest spots in the unit, the Eat-in Kitchen has an attached 2-person balcony with views of the bay, and surrounding residential neighborhood.

The Powers Group is a Full-Service Vacation Rental Company that handles the rental of properties throughout Cape May County! Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings, LLC

VRBO is a property advertising website only. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.

The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.

Looks like the unit has not been professionally cleaned all summer and they are depending on how people leave it . Holes in the walls. Half the sockets didn’t work . A shelf falling off the wall in the bathroom. We had to soak the tub for hours to get it clean. We had to clean out the bathroom sink drain because it was blocked with hair and scum. There was a hole in the screen of the sliding door that we covered with tape. There is black junk falling out of the vent in the kitchen. The floors were not swept and covered in sand. Parking spot barely fit a Rav 4 and was difficult to get into because of the larger vehicles parked in front of it and in the angled spots across from it. When we arrived there was toilet paper for one usage and no back up. There were no paper towels or trash bags. There was only one trash can but we were to recycle. Lighting on the stairs outside didn’t work. I didn’t expect much because of the price but I did expect clean and functional. I considered calling the housing inspector for health and fire because of how unsanitary and so many sockets not working. I stayed with other family on Saturday and Sunday night because they had room and the left a day early. I sent an email afterwards directly to the owners email versus the property manager hoping he is unaware and will resolve issues for future renters

Over rated and over priced.. not handicapped friendly because of dangerous indoor stairs.

The parking is terrible the parking space numbers are unreadable Way too many care for the tiny area.. Very dangerous if there were an emergency what about fire codes??The stairs to the unit were small and dangerous to climb. It was a difficult process to unload luggage.The place definitely needs updating the furniture looks like it came from Goodwill the apartment was cluttered for small place. There was no communication that there is construction of new outside stairs going on which makes noise . Very disappointed to what we got compared to what was advertised. On the positive side there is a washer dryer which is helpful. The air conditioning was good.

Do Not Book This Rental

This was the dirtiest rental property I have ever stayed in. After we checked in, I noticed immediately that nothing had been cleaned. There was sand all over the floors, surfaces, and furniture. The shower curtain and trash can had mold on them. The toilet had throw up in it and there were two bags of trash sitting in the kitchen from the previous renters. When we took the trash out, we noticed the bags were leaking and left a sticky residue on the floor that we had to clean. There was dirty rags and other items that were left in the washer uncleaned. The smell inside the condo smells of smoke and there are stains on the walls/ceiling that indicate there has been smoking in the unit before. It's very noisy and the neighbors upstairs are extremely loud in the morning. It was very hard to sleep past 6:30-7:00a.m. each morning. I would not ever recommend this rental property to anyone.

Beach vacation

the apartment met our needs for the week, but the "neighbors" above were extremely loud in the mornings. I would not rent this unit again. I think the Vrbo system is good-just need to reserve a property well in advance so that I can get better accomodation.
