This 3 Bedroom, open floor plan home located on the promenade in the center of town has picturesque views of the ocean that instantly relax you! Whether you enjoy people watching in the Summer or the crashing waves in the Winter - you will LOVE the view! We purchased this home in November 2020 and have completely renovated every bit of the interior for comfort, functionality and modern convenience. You'll enjoy the brand new farmhouse kitchen, elegant bathrooms, convenient walk up bar and the dining room that is perfect for family dinners or game night. There is an ocean side deck that is perfect for relaxing as well as a side courtyard which is great for a picnic. We have an elevator for convenience, enough space to park 3 cars and plenty of storage access for your beach toys, surf board and bikes. We are conveniently located in the center of town where you can easily walk to your favorite shops, bars and restaurants.

Family Affair

This is a great property with modern finishes and it's kept very clean. Perfect for our family of 4 but there was an extra bedroom so plenty of space.

An adorable condo with everything we needed for a great time. The working elevator helped my elderly mother in law access the 1Floor living on the 2nd level. Great view of the ocean and a protected outdoor patio from which to enjoy the view.

Great house

We had a great time at this home. The house was clean and in a great location. We loved being on beach and watching the Osprey dive for fish and fly by the house with their catch. We loved sitting out on the balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location!

I stayed here with my sister and a group of our six friends and we had a great long weekend! The unit was very spacious and we had plenty of room and slept comfortably. The location was perfect -- close to the shops and the restaurants/bars. We loved the ocean view -- the deck was spacious enough for us all to enjoy. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

Perfect Location!

Condo was beautifully decorated. My family really enjoyed the ocean view deck. Many restaurants were in walking distance. Owner was very responsive to my questions. First time at Sea Isle, definitely at the top of our list as one of our favorite places!

Pictures accurately show the quality of the remodel to this beautiful shore home. Fantastic location, close to everything you need in Sea Isle. Melissa (Owner) was wonderful and had great communication during the entire week's stay.

Relaxing Weekend

My daughter and I came down for an impromptu stay to celebrate her birthday. We had a really nice time and we’re lucky that it was warm enough in November to sit out on the beach for a bit. The condo was nicely styled and very clean! The only downside was that the elevator was not working. We hope to stay again.

Former Marines, NJ and NC natives - we love the beach! We purchased this home for our family in 2020 and with the help of our dad, renovated the entire property. This is our dream home yet because we are both employed full-time (Lee is a firefighter; Melissa is in sales) our schedules don't yet allow us to spend our entire Summer at the beach. Until then, we are happy to share our home with others. We hope you enjoy the sound of the ocean, the smell of the salt air and the central location as much as we do!

The Quarterdeck is in the heart of town with a spectacular view of the Ocean. This unique property has 3 parking spaces, an outdoor courtyard with a private garden as well as an ocean front deck you won't want to leave. We have ensured that it is family friendly with all the comforts of home. With the additional trundle bed and sofa bed, we can now sleep 12 people. It's a great space to be shared by 2 families or a multi-generational family looking for an Ocean retreat with something to offer everyone.
