Situé dans une communauté fermée Saw Creek Estates, remplie de commodités: piscines intérieure et extérieure, courts de tennis, gymnase, restaurant, pistes de ski, lac, etc.

Beautiful house. It snowed when we arrived so we spent the whole trip indoors. Plenty of tv’s, games, and sleeping spaces for the stay. Would love to come again during the summer.

This property is beautiful, offering all the amenities you would find at a hotel. The master suite is grand offering a luxury master bed with the softest sheets I have ever slept in. The fireplace in the master suite offers a peaceful, tranquil ambience. The master bathroom with the jetted tub was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The game room was a family favorite along with the hot tub that was set at the perfect temperature. I would love to come back and stay during the summer to be able to experience all the additional amenities of being lake side with kayaks and a fire pit.

Great Getaway

The screened- in porch is perfect. The hot tub was a big hit. The master bedroom is amazing. Loved the games in the basement. House is beautifully decorated.

Loved the location and the screened in porch we all made good use of. You could tell the house was very maintained. We did some great hiking and used all the pools around the facility. I look forward to go back again.

Relaxing stay

Our extended family of 8 with the grandparents enjoyed the rest and relaxation at the property. The sunroom was a big hit and we enjoyed the ping pong table down in the game room. Thank you for being so responsive to all our questions.

Nice place for a family vacation

The house was very spacious, clean and well maintained. Luba was extremely responsive to my questions before we arrived. Everything worked just the way it was supposed to. And the family had fun with the lake, the pools and the playgrounds within the community, as well as lots of nearby hiking.

Beautiful Home

This home was fantastic! And the owner was so great to work with - always answering our questions quickly. It was very clean and many things were provided like soap and shampoo which was a nice touch. My family had a great time staying here! Beware that the driveway is extremely steep and the walk down to the pond is also very steep (there are stairs.) We would stay here again.

Beautiful home!

We had a surprise birthday party for my son. The house was perfect - spacious, clean and beautiful! It was wonderful to use the hot tub and bbq grill. Another great touch was that it was well stocked with coffee, tea, detergent, soap, shampoo. Luba was an excellent host too - very accommodating and responsive. Thank you Luba!

Wow - Great vacation place!

You won't be disappointed here! Loved the house and amenities - stocked more than other rentals we've been to in the past. Plenty of space for our entire family of 10. The game room space was a hit. Loved the hot tub and the amazing grill. Enjoyed relaxing in the screen porch and deck, listening to the wind rustle in the trees and the katydids at night. Had a fire down by the lake on a full-moon night. The area was very quiet - quite surprisingly. We enjoyed some of the pools nearby as well. Only a short drive to town for groceries and restaurants. The owner is very responsive to any questions we had. I wound say he's the best - super quick to respond and provided all of the details we needed ahead of time to make our stay a pleasant one. He really cares and wants you to have the best experience. Looking forward to returning to the area!

Great Lake Getaway

My family and I had an outstanding stay at White Swan. The house has plenty of space and bedroom options with a living room and dining room area that could accommodate our whole group of 9. The basement has a great space to hang out in at night or during a rainy day. My mother loved the sun room area and the rest of the family spent a ton of time outside on the backyard/deck space. The community itself is very nice with gated access points and a lot of amenities that you have access to. My wife and I used the fitness room/tennis courts multiple days, and my family spent time at 2 of the pools TOW/Mill Pond. If you’re looking to experience Bushkill Falls this is a short 5-10 min drive away. If willing to drive, East Stroudsburg is about 30 mins away and offers several breweries, wineries and restaurants if you are seeking a day outside of the community. Luba herself was a fantastic host. She was very easy to communicate with and even helped us out same day with a package delivery we needed to arrive at the community. Would stay again!

Long Weekend Trip at the Pond

White Swan was a beautiful house on an awesome property. My extended family and I stayed for four days and we had a great time. The house was plenty big for the 10 of us and the game room was awesome! We spent a lot of time on the screened-in porch and the deck. The dock and sitting area by the pond were a little disappointing as this area was very scummy and the plants were overgrown. The community has 3 outdoor pools that all looked to be well maintained, though we did not use any of the pools. We did reserve a kayak and a canoe at the beach area. The water pressure in the house was inconsistent to the point that, at times, toilets could not be flushed and the water in the sinks was not sufficient to brush teeth. However, this seemed to happen sporadically throughout the visit. The host answered all questions and concerns almost immediately and made for a great stay. The Saw Creek Estates community did seem to be a little run down, and this house was one of the nicest houses in the area. We also thought the beds were seemed hard and were not the most comfortable. But overall, we would definitely choose to stay in this house again!

Dear Laura, thank you so much for a great review and I would love to host you again. To address some of the complains in this review for my future guests. About the dock and sitting area by the pond, I am very sorry you were disappointed. I worked very hard to make that area look as it is. I will try to do a better job in the future. Regarding water pressure. This is a very big issue so I wish you would have brought it up to me during your stay instead of reading it in this review days after. I did test the water during one of the turnovers and it seemed to be working fine in every part of the house. I will look into it with the professionals after the month of August when the property will become more available. All my mattresses Medium firmness (according to my research best for most) with the best customer reviews. They're only 3 month old. I do apologize they weren't comfortable enough for you however I can not change them for a while. I will absolutely bring up the run down comment to the Saw Creek Estates. Thank you so much again for choosing my house to stay in and I am glad you had a good time:)
