Family staycation

We absolutely loved this Lakehouse! We’ll definitely be returning. All ages had a wonderful time. Easy communication, fully stocked , and right on lake in deep water.

Tons of fun. The rope swing was great! Gorgeous view of the sunset on the water. We had 5 kids ranging in ages and they all had a blast.

Great host

Although there was a flood and we did not get to stay but one night. The house was perfect for our group. The host was so accommodating given the outcome. They reached out to us several times to make sure we were ok and safe. Will book again!

Great family vacation choice!

House was very accommodating for our family of 11 people, ranging from one year-old to the grandparents! Lots of extra towels. Nice dog or jumping in or floating, as well as fishing. The lake is pretty busy on the weekend, making the water a little rough to just relax on a float. The weekdays were amazing. I definitely look forward to coming back here!

Amazing Property

We had an amazing time at the lake. It was a special time we had with 8 of our grandchildren. The house was comfortable, the lake was refreshing and everything we needed was at our finger tips. Kelly was very accommodating and all our needs were met. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful home, great spot on the lake and one where all you need to bring is food and swimsuits! Thank you so much for a wonderful time at the lake!

Great place on the lake

Really nice house to enjoy Lake LBJ. Love the upper deck with great views of the lake in either direction. Really clean inside and out. Check in/out easy. Owner responded to question immediately. Kitchen well stocked. Great rental. Be sure to order Angels pizza one night...it's really good!

Great time

Only reason for 4 stars is pictures show jet ski ramp and cover on deck. Jet ski ramp not working but not their fault.. previous renter. Kelly was quick to respond and gave us great advice. Would come back !

Harper Reunion/Getaway

We loved this house and property. The kids enjoyed the rope swing, canoes, etc. Our only issue was that there were a lot of flys (more than normal in South Texas in the summer. I'm not sure if water is settling somewhere or what the reason was. We hope to return next year and try it again.

What a great place!

Our two families of 5 stayed here in mid-August. We couldn’t have asked for a more spacious, comfortable place to spend the weekend! All amenities were as stated, plus more. Lots of cooking utensils, pots, pans and plates, etc. Board games and outdoor games were available. The back patio and dock were outstanding. We spent most of the weekend outside even though it was the hottest part of the summer. Couldn’t have asked for a better place. Would 100% stay again!

Perfect LBJ Visit

Our family with college boys enjoyed the awesome house and LBJ location with the 15' rope swing and boat dock. Perfect yard and location for boating and viewing 4th of July Fireworks.

Beautiful retreat!

I have rented several properties on LBJ/Colorado river and this one was by far my favorite. The owners thought of everything! From the swim pad and swing bar to the covered pavilion on the top deck to the comfortable furniture throughout, this home was wonderful. Will definitely rent again next summer!

Fun family time

We love staying in this house, very comfortable, enough room for our family. Love fishing off the dock and playing in the lake. The back porch is wonderful in the evening. Kelly is always fast to answer any questions and helpful.

Beautiful house with outstanding amenities

Loved the house/dock, and loved the water. Boat ramp very close, which was also nice. Was a really busy part of the lake for a holiday weekend, but that's most places on LBJ. Watercraft lifts needed some better maintenance/monitoring, but the manager was very responsive about the issue and worked hard to correct it. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Lake House

We rent every summer at LBJ and this house was great. The dock and covered area on the water was very nice. The house is very nice and spacious and well appointed. Also, communication with the owner Kelly was perfect. Highly recommend.

Perfect Location

Awesome 4th of July weekend with family and friends. We had a front row seat to the firework show and the neighbors were very nice. We had an issue with the boat lift and it took the owner less than 5 minutes to respond. We would definitely recommend this property.
