Palm grove beach house
This one level, modern home is set so it enjoys the all-day sun. It has a great indoor/outdoor flow incorporating a large kitchen, dining, and lounge all opening to a huge outdoor covered area to enjoy lazy summer days with family and friends. The property has a beautiful unobstructed view to the hills and is next to the local school where you can kick the ball around and enjoy a game of rugby or soccer. It is in a great location so close to the beach (2 min walk) and close to the local shops (5 min walk). Property is fully fenced and good for families.
