Cottage style beach house, right on the sand!

Perfect location for Summer Rental located directly on the sought after Minot Beach. This is fantastic location for a Family Getaway. One of the few houses located on the desired Minot Beach directly on the sand.
Family and child friendly beach with lifeguards during summer months.

Make a lifetime of memories. Close to all Boston area attractions. Parking for 2. Swim, kayaking, boating, on this mile plus long beach.

Make a lifetime of memories with your family. Huge deck viewing the glacial rocks that line the cove.

Days of exploring for children in the tide pools and sand. Deck provides shade and you have a private front yard
Renter gets the first two floors of a two family home.
Home has dishwasher, premium cable, WiFi, 2 parking spots (with possible more depending on the size of vehicle) included with your rental.
This is a family friendly rustic/cottage style home on the most majestic and prettiest beach in eastern Mass.
**We rent on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday. WE DO NOT RENT FOR WEEKENDS. This is a basic but very confortable home rental where the view is the everything. Home is well loved and enjoyed constantly by renters, family and friends.

We provide dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Our beds have clean sheets, bottom, top and two pilow cases per bed. Light weight blanket or quilt also provided. Guests must supply any extra bed lines needed beyond what we provide, as well as their own beach towels and beach chairs. Yard and deck chairs and furniture are provided for on property.

Incoming guests are welcome to after 3:00 pm on arrival Saturday and are asked to leave by 11:00 on departing Saturday.

**We allow cats, dogs, smoking outside. Peanuts are and have been used in house. Please be aware in case of allergies. Thanks :)

Beautiful Little Beach

We Loved the Town of Scituate and the neighboring Towns! What a Sweet little area!! The Beach house has everything you need for your stay. Except Blankets and a Vacuum, for all the Sand! We brought one from home. I only have one real Complaint. There is a Strong odor of Cigarettes throughout the house...for Non Smokers it was hard to deal. Kept the sliders open constantly as none of the windows opened. Mariah was very pleasant to talk to. We Very much Enjoyed the Beach right out the back door!!

Heaven!

Mariah and Tommy are super nice and very responsive. If you are looking for a family friendly spot right on the sand where you can sit on the oversized deck and watch the kids play then this place is for you! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Why they chose this property

Our home is one of the few rentals available directly on the beach. We hope you find it as comfortable and specials as we do. It has a cottage feel, so dont worry about sand in the house, or your pets fur, because we welcome all that. There is a saying "May you always have a shell in your pocket and sand in your toes." That is our motto.

What makes this property unique

Watch the sunrise directly over the home each day. 4th of July weekend is BIG here - you can stay on the beach and see the fireworks - no need to travel.
