Perfect mates getaway

There is plenty of space for all, comfy bedding and seating. Great amenities. Mentioned to local given contact that aircon was not working and they were willing to see if contractor was available. We had a great time at the property

It was great to be a block from the beach as the kids could walk it easily with surfboards etc. unfortunately the coffee machine didn’t work and wasn’t replaced and the house was a little rundown.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I could not recommend this property. The house is well worn and it is evident that this house has not been well maintained. They should also advise on the property description that only the living area upstairs has air conditioning.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house. Great location. Very clean. Would come back for sure. Only issue was lack of a decent heater down stairs. Needs a split system downstairs. Wasn’t super cold and we were there in middle of winter but it would be nice to be toasty warm downstairs too!

Great house in a great location

Well apportioned house with two living areas, lots of beds and good amenities (wifi, two large TVs with small TV in master, DVD/streaming device, table tennis table, and bluetooth stereo that connects to your device), large deck, well equipped kitchen and nice outdoor area/BBQ etc. In a great location with easy walk to beach. There were some minor maintenance issues which have been relayed separately to the owners. Overall, a great property for the family which we intend to come back to for another beach holiday.

Would not recommend

*The BBQ had Mouse feces all over it which i had to clean and disinfect before use. * The downstairs bathroom had no lights as the globes were all blown, I had to replace 1 globe myself so we could use the room and the drain was blocked causing the bath and toilet to drain very slowly. It was also emitting and foul odour * The managing agent was hard to deal with and very demanding. We were treated like we were criminals renting the house * It was a pet friendly house but there was no provision on site to clean up after my dog * The furniture was great aesthetically but not practical and very uncomfortable * there was a lovely table tennis table to use however all the bats were in bad order, some of them unusable *The technology in the house was dated and needs to be updated to enable streaming services to be watched All in all this place is a rip off and they either need to improve the facility or lower the price substantially!

Well equipped spacious family house!

We really enjoyed our stay- the location close to the beach and the backyard were excellent. The house is very well equipped and has everything you need!

Great house in perfect location.

Everything was great, except for dirty dishes stacked in cupboards by previous group and a filthy oven and oven trays left by previous group. Cleanliness of house, bedding ect. was good. Would love to come back again.

Fantastic holiday home

Stayed for a weekend in October 2018. Very spacious, great backyard and amenities. Great location, very short walk to the beach. Would recommend to others.
