The Unique Architectural Design of this 2600 sq ft home is a Dream. Large windows fill the home with Natural Light. Reminiscent of a White Conch Seashell, Concha Blanca's charming design has round rooms with curved walls and a wonderful circular stairway running through all 3 levels of the home.

We have been told Concha Blanca was the first home sitting high on the Golf Course. The home was designed by the creator of the famous luxury home in the movie “10” starring Bo Derek. The previous owners had owned the most popular restaurant “The Office” in Cabo San Lucas. This home has a historical charm of Mexico.

Great privacy is offered with 3 private bedroom suites, each with their own bathroom, with massive showers (no bathtubs). Each of the 3 bedrooms has a King or Queen bed and a twin air mattress set up in storage benches. There is a Twin Bed in the open Lounge Landing at the bottom of the staircase.

The Main Floor includes a Living Room, a Half Bathroom, Kitchen, Bar and Dining Room with large Bay Windows. Sliding Glass Doors leading to the wrap around deck with a black iron table and chairs where you can watch the sun come up and enjoy a cup of coffee.

The home sits on the Grand Mayan Golf Course on the affluent street of Paseo Finisterra. Every room has views of the Fairway of the Mayan Golf Course and Sea of Cortez.

Stay cool all year round inside with 4 zones of Air Conditioning. You can also choose to cool off in your own (non-heated) private pool.

Gorgeous Property with all the ameneties

Thank you Karen & Frank for allowing us to use your gorgeous rental property in Cabo. It was more than we could have imagine. We had 7 guest and every single one of them stated that they would not hesitate to come again. Everything we needed to feel at home was definitely available including all kitchen and bathroom amenities. The pool and Jacuzzi was an added bonus. All restaurants were walking distance. We rented a car from Don next door which was extremely convenient, driving to Le Comer Grocery store which was like a Walmart only 5 minutes away for all our shopping needs. Neighborhood felt extremely clean and secure and we never felt uncomfortable walking at night. We definitely will return in the near future.

Weather was lovely and so was the home!

This home is in a quiet community within walking distance of multiple restaurants, the grocery store and shopping. The home is clean and fully stocked with everything that you need. We would certainly come back again.

Great Family Vacation Casa!

We loved the Concha! Our family is relatively young and very active. We however had our very active 75 year old Grandma with us. Just to inform renters that the walk into town is awesome, but the way back can be a bit more difficult. It would be good info to tell renters that the way home is up hill. Great exercise, she kicked butt! Over all our vacation was MUY BIEN!!!

After reading your review, i tired to gracefully to add details to the ad regarding "WALKING AROUND TOWN". It is hard to get detailed with EVERYTHING in a travel ad. This site is actually great because it is one of the few that allows a lot of text :O) No one has ever asked or mentioned having to walk that 1.5 blocks up hill, in the past. I didn't think it was that important. It can be a challenge - especially in the hot months. The ad update I wrote is still "CLUMSY" - **I will still work on it and will add a reminder in the contract as well. I am sure once you read it, it will hit a few details travelers may also find helpful... HERE IT IS! :O) GETTING AROUND ON FOOT *It's Half a City Block at a slight up hill and then down 1.5 city blocks (1.5 blocks UP hill returning home) to shopping and restaurants. Once you walk these 2 blocks, the street ends with 2 blocks of restaurants to the left and 8 city blocks of restaurants and shopping to the right *It's 6 city blocks to the La Comer- a LARGE grocery store. (Mostly flat side walks) Walk to the grocery store and take a cab with groceries for $8 back to Concha Blanca. *Walk across the golf course when it is CLOSED (for your safety) to Hotel Row (aprox. 4 city blocks distance) with modern restaurants, often live music and community festivals. *A walk to the beach is more challenging during the day when the golf course is closed - yet still walkable. Beautiful home away from home

We spent a few days in paradise in San Jose, Cabo in November. Concha Blanca is a really unique place, located on a golf course with an easy access to the beach, with a great private pool. It is an upscale neighborhood, very close to all restaurants and shops. Downtown San Jose is really cool with a lot of restaurants, bars, shops, entertainment, nightclubs, and every Thursday night wine and art show. One afternoon, we walked down to the beach, enjoyed the sun, then had happy hour drinks at a nearby restaurant.There is horseback riding down the beach, is a few blocks away, if you want. Thanks for the great time.

We look forward to our next visit.

Such a great house. It had everything we needed.

We choose the home because of the location. Although once we got all set up we didn't want to leave the home. The kitchen had a lot of kitchenware, cabinet and counter space. We didn't use the dinning room much. The view from the main level balcony was our hang out.

It was nice having your own pool. I am use to having to take elevator to the pool, then try to find enough chairs for everyone and hope everything is still there when you come back from lunch. Not at this home. You have your own pool and a view that is a constant reminder that you are on vacation. They had water guns, pool toys for the kids. There was small library even had The Deep and Jaws.

Awesome home in a Great location

We spent a week in paradise in San Jose Cabo. Concha Blanca is in the middle of everything you need. Downtown San Jose with restaurants, bars, shops, nightclubs, church and every Thursday night wine and art show. I played golf everyday on the Mayan Golf Course which the home is located on. We walked down to the beach, enjoyed the fun in the sun. The pool was great because you can enjoy the water without the sand on your feet, but see and hear the ocean. We went horseback riding down the beach which is a few blocks away. We are looking forward to spending a few weeks next year. Thanks for the great time and memories.
