No windows in the apartment!

Very new people at the reception desk! Apartment door with simple door handle/lock, not very secure. We had a great time in Cartagena but the apartment was less than expected.

Scam

The who reservation was a scam from the beginning. The picture on the property show a building in from of beach . This is a side building, which looks nothing like the picture. There was no window, just a box with 2 beds. The first impression was ironic. I used the bathroom and low and behold, no toilet paper. Thank goodness i had wipes with me. No hot water in shower. The second night, i had to call security because you could hear the music blasting as if you were in a club. The security stated that nothing found be done because it was from a club downstairs. He understood that it was 920pm and the music was extremely loud, but that was just standard practice, basically good luck. Just put earplugs and two pillows between your ears. This was my first and last time using vrbo. Apparently the host is a scammer and vrbo does not vet at all. Please don't be scammed as i did. Extremely disappointed. Yandro Hernandez.

Perfect location, clean and cozy!

The studio was in the perfect location. Communication between Andrea the manager and I was great she was very quick to respond. The studio was very small just enough room for my best friend and I. It was a quick trip for us so we weren't looking for anything spacious but this place was very clean, and comfortable. We ended up booking our excursions with the company across the street and I loved that the studio was close to everything that we wanted to see. I will definitely recommend this listing to in my blog and website. Thanks again Mark and Andrea.
