We had an amazing stay at Jesse and her families home. It was very clean (coming from someone who is OCD about cleanliness), spacious and well stocked! Jesse’s communication was awesome, she checked in with us to make sure we got in okay, even allowed us an early check in time, and when I had any questions she replied immediately. The location was great, with a coffee/bakery shop close by in walking distance, two grocery stores and even a liquor/beer distributor. It was a quick drive to the beach and boardwalk area but also tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Thank you for a great stay!

Incredible vacation!!!

My family absolutely loved this vacation. The house was incredible. It was located close enough that we enjoyed the beaches everyday of our vacation. The area is absolutely beautiful we had so much fun. The owner Jesse was amazing to work with I can’t say enough great things about her. If you’re looking for a great vacation place and you’ve never been to Delaware please contact Jesse you will not be disappointed.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a great week with all of our grown kids! The place was beautiful and spacious! We loved the swing on the back deck! I loved the colorful artwork which looked like it might have been painted by one of the owners?? The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was very convenient to the grocery stores and restaurants. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. It was perfect for our family vacation!

Wonderful family vacation

The townhouse is beautiful -- just like the pictures. Very clean and decorations are lovely. We particularly enjoyed the main floor deck for dining. The community is very nice -- especially the pool. Easy walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, book store and others. Definitely will do a return visit.

Beach house that fits the whole family!

My family really enjoyed staying at Jesse’s property for our summer vacation. We were a group of 6 adults and 2 young kids and felt we had plenty of space for everyone, with the multiple living areas and plus outdoor deck space. The house is in walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants and ice cream shops… really all you could need! Bethany Beach is a short drive away making it a great location. We were thankful that beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes were provided and enjoyed time at the community pool. Jesse was very responsive prior to our trip and during as well and we appreciated her lengthy list of restaurant recommendations. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Home with Everything You Need!

My family has been vacationing in the Bethany Beach, DE area for over 8 years. We have stayed in several houses and this is by far our favorite! The house had everything we needed in terms of space (enough room to spread out so kids of different ages had their own spaces), the kitchen was well stocked and the outdoor spaces were delightful (A master suite private deck? Porch swing? Kid swings? We were blown away!) The homeowner was incredibly responsive to our many questions and when the air conditioning stopped working on our hottest mid-July day, she had it repaired immediately! The house is decorated beautifully and the beds are really comfortable. I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering a getaway. We hope to rent this house again next year!

Even better the second time we stayed!

Jesse is wonderful, and the property is exactly as advertised! The house is in a great location; there’s a Giant, a Weis, a liquor store, and a Beebe Urgent Care within walking distance. The community swimming pool was open this year, and it’s the perfect place to lounge and get some sun without having to worry about sand. We especially love the decor in the house; the paintings in the dining room and a few of the bedrooms are absolutely stunning! This house only gets better with time!

Gorgeous Decor!

This property absolutely matches the pictures, you will not be disappointed! All of the decor is beautiful, and you can really tell the home is lovingly maintained. Both the main deck and the deck off the master bedroom are wonderful, we really enjoyed sitting outside. Weis Markets, Giant, and a liquor store are within walking distance, which makes stocking up for the week super easy! Jesse was quick to respond to any questions, and even texted around check-in to make sure we were able to get in to the house. All in all, a wonderful vacation experience!

Beautiful, Well equipped and close to everything!

The photos of this beautiful home just don't do it justice! You definitely need to stay here to really appreciate it. The lay out is very spacious and tastefully decorated. The home is well equipped with everything you could possibly need or in our case forget lol. The home is located literally near everything in walking distance: pharmacy, grocery stores, beverage store, pizza shop and just a short drive to numerous beaches: Ocean City, Rehoboth, Lewes, Bethany and more! The owners are great with keeping in touch and making sure your stay is comfortable and if you have questions you get prompt responses. This has been our best VRBO experience ever in the past 4 years !
