This was our second time staying at this lovely, spacious home. It is conveniently located near the beaches with lots of fun activities to choose from in the area such as miniature golf, exploring the beach shops, kayaking, venturing to the boardwalk, and more. There is also a community pool just a few blocks away from the home. We found this quite relaxing! Jeff and Deb are wonderful and welcoming hosts, also very quick and responsive to messages. My family and I had a great week and look forward to staying here again in the future!

July 2025 Family Vacation

We stayed a week in this fantastic Bayview Landing house. The home was very spacious and felt like home away from home. We come to this area yearly and love the location, pool access, and wonderful development. The home was clean, well maintained, and had plenty of kitchen and cleaning items available.

Lovely home. Well-stocked. Enjoyed the screened in porch and the fox and deer each evening in the farmer’s field. Community pool was clean and quiet. Easy access to the beach, taking only seven minutes.

This is our second year staying in this house. It was just as clean and well stocked as last year. The location is a perfect starting point to all areas of Delaware and Ocean City, Maryland. The hosts are easy to contact and quick to respond with any concerns. A truly wonderful home away from home!

Excellent home close to the beach

Perfect location

We were looking for a quiet place to stay in proximity to the beach and this place was perfect. A beautiful home in a great neighborhood. The amenities and communication was amazing. We enjoyed our time and will be back.

This property was clean, spacious, and in a lovely community. The home owners provided linens, basic soaps, and toilet paper/paper towels- along with a fully equipped kitchen. This home was the perfect space for a family getaway!!

This is the first place that ive stayed at i didnt have to rent bikes. Very clean enough room to spread out my whole family. Very relaxing setting.

Highly Recommend

Everything about our stay was perfect! The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. Jeff and Deb are wonderful hosts who were very welcoming and quick to respond to any questions. The property was comfortable and clean, stocked with basic necessities, and located in a quiet, lovely neighborhood. There is a community pool not too far from the house, a grocery store just a short drive away, and it is also just minutes from Fenwick. We couldn’t have been more happier! It was the perfect home away from home! We highly recommend and hope to stay here again next summer!

We loved this house! Immaculate, well stocked, perfect location! Hosts made sure we knew they were available to us during our stay. The beach nearby was beautiful! Lots to do in and around the area! I would definitely stay here again and again.

We were very impressed with this property during our vacation. Everything in the home was what I expected based on the listing description. The owners communicated with us before our stay and left contact information if we had any problems (which did not occur). Highly recommend!

My husband and I felt that the property was well-maintained and that it had everything we needed. We cooked meals each night for 8 people and felt that the kitchen was perfectly stocked. One thing we really appreciated was that sheets and towels were provided. This made packing so much easier! We did not have the best weather, so we couldn’t really enjoy the pool as much as we would’ve liked to. We were also grateful for the partial week rental- 4 nights. Our teenagers and their friends who were joining us have jobs and didn’t want to miss an entire week of work, so this was super.

Highly Recommended Stay!

We had an incredibly fun stay at this house! It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood right outside of OCMD. The drive to coastal highway and the beaches was minimal with no traffic. The property also offers access to a great community pool. This location is ideal for a getaway! We greatly appreciated the cleanliness of the house as well as the owners going above and beyond to provide the necessities such as paper towels, toilet paper, etc. They responded promptly with any questions we had. We are definitely going to look into staying at this place again!

Beautiful Hone

We love this house. This our second time staying there in the last few years and it’s one of our top rated rentals. Aside from it being huge and beautiful, it’s always fully stocked with everything one might need. No detail is spared. It’s so nice that we often opt to stay in instead of going into town. I highly recommend this location. The hosts are fantastic.

Great house!

Stayed here for a long weekend girls trip, house was cute, clean and in a great location. Close to grocery stores and the beach. Loved that they supplied items most rentals don’t. We would definitely book here again.
