About this property
Located in Escarpas, this is a recently built and comfortable vacation home for rent.
New construction. Great location, centrally located house, a street above Hud's (bakery, market and restaurant), on the street itself there is also the Chopp Café bar. Next to the Chico Pintado restaurant, two streets up the lake, ideal for hiking.
Portable barbecue, with the possibility of barbecues in the pool area or in other parts of the outdoor area.
Covered garage for 2 cars and open space for at least 4 more.
Large living room with flat TV and kitchen equipped with large refrigerator, microwave, 3 temperature water filter and 5 burner stove. It has all the domestic utensils, being necessary to take only bed linen and bath.
Accommodates 8 people in beds, one suite with double bed and two bedrooms with single beds and bicamas. All bedrooms have built-in closets.
Portable barbecue, with the possibility of barbecues in the pool area or in other parts of the outdoor area.
