Stay in a spacious 2-bedroom 1-bathroom condo during the FIFA World Cup 2026™ at Brookwood Courtyard Condominiums in Midtown and Buckhead. Located just one block from Peachtree Street, this property offers easy access to MARTA for direct travel to Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

“The Bigger Awesome” condo includes two private bedrooms, a full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, premium bedding, fast WiFi, and a Roku HDTV for streaming matches. The layout is ideal for groups, families, or friends traveling together.

Guests enjoy bi-weekly cleaning with fresh linens and towels, utilities, and one free parking space. The property offers a quiet residential feel while still being close to restaurants, grocery stores, and Midtown attractions.

FAQs and Important Stuff

Pets

We love four-legged guests! We can host up to 2 small-to-medium pets per unit. To get started, let us know your pet's breed, weight, and age at least 3 days before arrival via the Guest Check-in & Lodging Agreement. Please note that Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, and Doberman Pinschers are not permitted.

Cats are welcome with prior written approval, but must be declawed. Clawed cats are not permitted due to furniture damage. Guests are responsible for the full replacement cost of any damage caused by their pet(s), regardless of whether the animal is a Registered Service Animal or Emotional Support Animal.

Pet fees are not included in your original booking price and are added after approval. Stays under 45 days are charged a one-time $75 fee. Stays of 45 days or more are charged $75 per month.

During your stay, please keep your pet from disturbing neighbors. If a scheduled cleaning is taking place, pets must be secured or removed from the unit for the duration. If an accident occurs, please notify us right away so we can help. Guests are responsible for all damage, soiling, or excessive hair left by their pet(s).

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification

All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and the information provided is verified.

The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.

Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie

BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

Very pleased with the apartment and the amenities within. Although, due to cancelled & rescheduled flight, we arrived a day late and had issues with the apartment door code, it was sorted very quickly. Hi I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was perfect except for the batteries in the master and living room remote did not work. Please replace them for the next guest. My stay in Atlanta

The location was excellent. Management was easy to contact and very responsive. I would suggest a better cleaning company. Example…shades hanging in the kitchen, bedroom and living room were stained and need to be cleaned or replaced. The carpets had stains and should also be cleaned thoroughly. The shower had hair from the previous guest. New caulking around shower would help with mildew stains. The shampoo and soap containers were also in need of a good cleaning and the receptacle that was holding them was dirty. Paint was pealing in bedroom. Very nice stay, clean, comfortable, apartment with well equipped kitchen. Parking is extremely tight at 15 Standish, so some advice on where and where not to park would be helpful. Team BCA Response: We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay with BCA Furnished Apartments. At Brookwood Courtyard we do have just one spot per apartment. Our spots are unassigned, but larger cars often do better closer to the street, rather than closer to the gate to the property.

Best Lanlords I've EVER had!

The team at BCA has been nothing less than stellar in everything they do, there professionalism, and there top of the line apartment selections. They are there for you whenever you need them for anything big or little. They have truly treated us as family and I have not found that anywhere else with other landlords or companies.
