Overall good experience

The apartment was nice and clean. The whole building had good amenities, especially the gym, which was very convenient. My only issue was that there were multiple occasions when the building key fobs did not work, which caused uncertainty and inconvenience. I also had some issues with the wifi connection, but it was only for a while and it solved itself eventually. Team BCA Response: Thanks for your honest review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay overall and took advantage of our gym. We apologize about the key fob and Wi-Fi issues; those can be frustrating, but I am glad they resolved themselves. Good Times

Wish we could get in at 3pm to avoid atlanta traffic. Apartment is always nice, gym is great, I've never gotten in the pool but it looks nice. Awkward having someone's door camera on me whenever I leave but that's apartment life I guess lol. I like how it's quiet for the most part and smoke free location since I'm allergic. Atlanta traffic can be difficult to navigate at certain times of the day, but I am glad to see you arrived at your apartment safely. We hope next time you visit you will have the chance to use the pool. It is a great amenity at the property. We hear your concerns about the cameras throughout the doorways at the property. It is safe to say that everywhere we go now, we are always being recorded. The good news is that if anything occurs, we always have footage. We welcome you back anytime you are traveling to Atlanta.

Great Accommodation

Very clean, nice balcony, quiet, good community, central location, well equipped. Shower pressure could be more. Would stay again. Great quality, very clean, good location and fantastic communication

Communication was fast when additional support was needed. The apartment is well furnished and has everything somebody would need for a mid-long stay. Cleanliness was fantastic. The local recommendations was a nice touch (although I didn't get time to try them out) Suggestion would be to include a map which locates the trash shoot, how to get to amenities (gym etc.) The water pressure for the shower was really poor (but you probably can't do anything about that, other than replace the shower head to a pressurized one) I will be using again and have recommended to colleagues who travel frequently. Impressed w cleanliness and comfort

This was my first time staying and I was pleasantly surprised at how perfectly clean and comfortable the entire apartment was. I felt at home inside the very busy city. The shared courtyard is beautiful and I enjoyed the view from the veranda, along with a little Atlanta skyline. This is a very nice place. I will be back. TeamBCA Response: Thank you for your review. It is a great place!!

It has been so nice staying at Spectrum. The only problem is the elevator....often stops and have to take stairs.....if it is working, it is very very slow. But, everything else is good. Team BCA Response: We love having you stay with us and we are so happy to hear that you have made BCA Furnished Apartments your home away from home. It is true that the building has had trouble with the elevators. The issue was identified, and a solution has been implemented. It has been quite some time since one of the two elevators has gone out of service. We have been assured by the building management that this is a permanent solution.

Comfortable, safe, clean.

I still have this 5 stars because the manager, Jamie, was very helpful with a few things I had trouble with. The neighborhood isn't the best because of all of the surrounding construction, but that will soon change for the better. The place was clean, comfortable, all things worked, and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. I would recommend this to anyone. Jaime is a wonderful Property Manager and he is so helpful.

Great place with Amazing and Responsive Hosts!!

I loved my stay here. The hosts were very responsive, the place was very clean upon arrival, and the folks in the office downstairs were always friendly and helpful. The only thing I will mention is that there are MANY dogs in the complex and many don't get along with each other. You may want to consider that. Other than that, no one bothers you and you feel at home!

An excellent stay!

This has been truly an excellent stay for me. I stayed for several months and I really liked it. The apartment is nice and modern, as well as clean due to the solid and thorough cleaning service. In order to make it a bit more homey though, the only thing I would propose is to get a bigger couch as the current one is on the small side. For the hosts, Alex and Michael, I have nothing but praise to give. They have helped me on several occasions, with appliances not working, delivery of packages and letters, and with any questions or requests I've had during my stay. Everything has been handled very quickly and nicely, and I'm impressed by the service-mindedness. I hope I can stay here again in the future! Team BCA Response: It was truly a pleasure to have you stay with us! Alex and Michael will be so thrilled to hear you felt the same way.
