About this property

Luxury 2 bed cottage with jacuzzi near Limoux

Relax and spoil yourselves in our gorgeous rural retreat. Renovated to a very high standard, the cottae offers generous living space ideal for 1 or 2 couples. Surround yourselves in the tranquility of our pretty riverside garden or relax in the jacuzzi and let the world drift away. When you are rested and ready to hit the town, lively Limoux with its bars and restaurants, renowned not only for it's delicious bubbly, but also for it's fetes, music and street parties, is less than 5 minutes drive away.
On the ground floor is a well equipped kitchen diner, a cosy sitting room overlooking the garden and a WC. Upstairs you will find two good sized double bedrooms, one with access to a sun terrace with lovely views over the river towards the ancient abbey ruins. The first floor also has a luxury bathroom complete with jacuzzi bath and separate shower.
Outside there is a delightful riverside garden and jacuzzi (which is set at a comfortable temperature for cooling down in our hot summers) plus under cover parking for one car.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Loved the inside. In a pretty beat up neighborhood. The pictures made us believe it was nestled out with acreage around us to have some space away from neighbors but this waa not the case.

Devoir payer une location en France en livres Sterling, pour des français c'est anormal et incompréhensible. Le spa annoncé n'en n'est pas un compte tenu du fait que sa température est bloquée à 21°. Les coussins pour les chaises de jardin étaient sales. Pas de WiFi durant plusieurs jours. Aucun porte manteaux dans l'entrée ni dans la salle de bain. Pas d'accueil physique, échange uniquement par mail et un livre d'accueil uniquement en anglais... Pour le reste le gîte est tranquille, bien situé et bien équipé. Globalement c'est tout de même une déception !

aangenaam gerenoveerde luxe woning !

Mooi, praktisch, gebruiksvriendelijk, goed gelegen, rustige buurt, voorzien van alle comfort. Minpuntje : geen koffiemachine, geen goede wifi verbinding, geen TV => nochtans moest dit alles voorhanden geweest zijn
