Ryan's Holiday Beach House is a luxury 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious holiday home which is brand new to the market on South Stradbroke Island. The house has been furnished in a modern yet beachside theme and is the perfect location for your next waterfront escape. With a large east-facing deck overlooking the water and with ample furnished outdoor areas, Ryan's Holiday Beach House provides the ideal location for you to have a relaxing break, or a great base for your family whilst you explore the island and all that the local waterways have to offer. The area is very peaceful, with often the only sounds being the song of local birds and the occasional splash as fish jump from the water.

The main area of the home is open plan with timber flooring, high ceilings and an abundance of natural light. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, gas cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The laundry has a front loader washing machine and separate dryer. The home has insect screens, air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout.

With one king, two queen and 4 single bunk beds, the home sleeps up to 10 people comfortably. Each bedroom has been styled with quality linen and finishes which represent the island location.

Ryan's Holiday Beach House is situated at Couran Point and is best reached directly by boat to the 8m pontoon at the property. Note that Couran Point is not associated with the Couran Cove resort. There is no direct access to a supermarket so guests are reminded that food and drinks will need to be brought with them for their stay. Tipplers cafe and bar is a few minutes away by boat. Bikes are supplied for guest use to enable you to explore the local area and to view the abundant wildlife. Kayaks are also provided for the kids to use directly in front of the house.

Couran Point is home to a great deal of wildlife, especially the local golden wallabies which may pay a visit - specifically in the early morning. Dolphins also frequent the canals so keep an eye out!

The bar area flows to the outside of this spacious home and is a great spot for your morning coffee and equally, an afternoon glass of wine after a busy day relaxing. There is also a 6 seater outside dining table and lounge area on the deck area with plenty of space for the family.

Please note that Ryan's Holiday Beach House is at South Stradbroke Island Waters, a peaceful residential community. With respect to our neighbours, we stress that this is NOT a party house. This property is ideal for relaxing getaways with family and friends and for making amazing holiday memories however parties, noise post 10pm, disrespect to the local community or to the rules of the waterways will not be tolerated and could lead to early eviction without refund.
