A great get away place!!

This a great get away place! Nice gated community, with the buildings having its own parking garage. Very clean room with everything you could need in it. The owner was very nice by giving a detailed list of everything we needed to know for the stay. A great place if you have kids or if it’s just for you and your spouse. The resort has its own restaurants that right at the beach access. Cause if you are like me and my boyfriend we get tired of sandwiches on the beach. This was a great place to get some food and drinks. All in all we will be back for another long weekend trip here again.

Great Stay Right on the Beach

My S.O. and I wanted a weekend getaway and this condo was perfect! It was located just a few minutes walk from the beach. Sandestin had great restaurants in walking distance, including the Beach House. Check it out if you have a chance! Tufan was a fantastic host and very attentive. The unit was clean and spacious with a private balcony which we enjoyed. Overall, I highly recommend this rental for your trip!

The listing description was accurate regarding the location, layout and amenities. The property was clean and well-maintained. The owner provided excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this property to friends or relatives. Some restaurants in the area were excellent and a visit to the naval air museum in nearby Pensacola is worth the visit. Walkable access to the beach and comfortable beach chairs that were provided by the condo owner was a highlight.

Amazing trip

Tufan was so communicative and wonderful about making sure our trip was going well. The wagon of beach supplies with chairs and an umbrella were amazing! Saved us so much money and super easy to transport. Only gripe js the floors were very sandy and i had to use their vacuum on arrival, but i understand it is hard to keep sand out of the room

This condo is a short walk away from the beach. Very clean. Owner leaves excellent instructions for check in, check out and things to do. Booking was very easy. We were able to check in early which was much appreciated. We utilized grills out on the patio as much as we could. Owner was prompt to refund damage deposit. We enjoyed the food and beverages at the "beach house."

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend in Sandestin. The Luau was perfect location for us. We were able to walk to the beach, visit with our daughter and son-in-law in Fort Walton Beach, and enjoy the restaurants/ shops in the area. The studio was clean and a good size for the two of us. The studio had a microwave, small sink and small refrigerator. This was fine for a long weekend but if you are planning to cook in the condo I would suggest renting one with a full size kitchen. Tufan's extensive information on check-in, check-out and other information regarding the condo were excellent and made everything go smoothly. Perfect Mother's Day Weekend!

Perfect Location With Everything

We spent a weekend here for our anniversary. The condo is only a few minutes walk from a relatively uncrowded beautiful beach. The 6th floor view looking out towards Destin is very nice, great for sunsets. There are fantastic restaurants nearby. Definitely go to Maple Street Biscuit Company for breakfast or lunch. Baytowne Wharf is also very cute with plenty of restaurants to pick from and is only a few minutes drive away. 30a is only a little further down the road but worth it for Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar. I did not expect to use the pool considering we were so close to the beach, but weather was cooler and rainier than expected. The pool was much warmer than the ocean and we took shelter in the hot tub from the cool and rainy weather. If you’re looking for a quieter place to stay than Destin with all the same perks, this is it.

It was a pleasure, just a few tips.

I am in the insurance industry so you will understand why this was an "eye catcher" for me. The bath tub was extremely slippery. I purchased a bath mat and left it in the tub for future tenants to use. Hopefully, no one will remove it. Also, I was disappointed that the balcony wasn't a beach or pool view and was very small. However, I did purchase really small beach bag chairs so I was able to use it some. You need to get a trash can for the kitchen area. Only garbage can was small one in the bathroom. It would have been nice to have free wifi. Other than those few minimal items, I found your condo to be very nice and comfortable. It was very clean which is a major item for me! I thank you for leasing your beautiful condo to me for 4 nights and wish you all the best. Carolyn Brewer

Summer Vacation

My husband and I really enjoyed staying in Luau 1. Everything was nice, except the beach chairs, umbrella, and the cart that was provide to carry the chairs and umbrella to the beach. The cart wouldn't roll because something was wrong with the wheels, so we had to carry them ourselves to the beach each time for 3 days, the chairs and umbrella was broken we still could use them but we kept having to fix them which made it uncomfortable. We went down to the laundry to wash, put money in machine to purchase laundry detergent and lost our money because the machine was empty, had to go over to Luau ll to purchase some. Other than those 2 issues everything was very nice we will stay there again in the future.

It was a good experience, the room was large with king size bed and couch where we could watch TV. We could have breakfast and lunch in the room. There was a toaster coffee maker, dishes, a small refrigerator. I guess you could also get TV dinners for dinner. We were walking distance from the beach and there were beach chairs in the storage area. We enjoyed the studio Apt.

Wonderful views condo was nice and clean the bed was comfortable, and the property manager was very helpful and communicated with me right away. It’s wonderful location, 3 mi Ute walk to the beach And the Beach House restaurant. The Jacuzzi was wonderful the pool area very nice, and the parking was plentiful.

We love beach vacations. Growing up in Cyprus, I used to think that no beach is better than the salty waters of Mediterranean and our sandy beaches are the best. Then I saw turquoise waters and sugary white beaches of Destin, Florida and fell in love at first sight. This is the reason we bought beach condos in Destin. We visit regularly as a family and rent them ourselves. Our four Luau condo's are located at the beachside of Sandestin Resort next to Hilton, Our other Sandestin condos are at the Bayside of Sandestin right next to the Village of Baytowne Wharf. We also own at Pelican Beach Resort, Majestic Sun Resort at Seascape and Waterscape Resort. All are beachside updated properties with great reviews.

It is 2-3 minutes walk to the the famous Sandestin beach. The Turquoise waters and white sands made us fall in love with the Resort. Magnificent views from the Condo of the Luau salt-water pool, the lake and the golf course. Breath taking night views with Sandestin lights- all visible from the unit. Walking distance to the village of Baytowne Wharf. Tennis/Golf/cycling/kayaking. Family oriented, also great for Spring break crowd and youngsters or young -at-hearts. Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort.
