Situado en el corazón de Destin, en medio de toda la emoción, nuestro condominio es el refugio perfecto para parejas y familias pequeñas. Escape al paraíso en este pintoresco, una escapada tranquila con vistas sin obstáculos de la playa. Disfrute con las comodidades y vistas de alojamientos Golfo-frontal precios fuera de la playa!

Nuestra unidad cuenta con un dormitorio principal, sala de estar, comedor, cocina, y baño. Cuenta con una terraza privada pasos del Golfo de México! Fácil acceso a la piscina, jacuzzi, parrillas de carbón, lavadora y secadora.

Cuando esté listo para hundir sus pies en la arena blanca de las mejores playas del mundo, todo lo que tienes que hacer es cruzar la calle y estás allí! Dé un paseo a través de la carretera de acceso para un día de relax en la playa. Estás a sólo unos pasos de las olas con gas.

El complejo cuenta con una piscina climatizada completa con tumbonas y sombrillas, un jacuzzi y duchas para un retiro libre de arena. Para finalizar un día perfecto en el sol, reunir a la familia alrededor de las mesas de picnic y parrillas de carbón para una comida al aire libre! O si usted no tiene ganas de cocinar, hay varios restaurantes galardonados a poca distancia. Este es uno de los muy pocos condominios en Destin con carácter y personalidad.

Este es un bonito piso de 1 dormitorio / 1 baño condominio. Una cama matrimonial, dos camas literas de tamaño, y sofá-cama convertible le permite dormir cómodamente 6.

Los pisos están completamente alicatados, y el baño actualizado cuenta con encimeras de granito. Se proporcionan TV de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD e internet inalámbrico.

Summer Breeze se encuentra en el corazón de Destin por lo que las oportunidades de entretenimiento son abrumadoras! Centros comerciales al aire libre, cines, cientos de restaurantes, galerías y campos de golf están a sólo minutos de distancia.

SCAM ALLERT; I contacted the owner before making reservations they said the hot tub did work. We found out that the hot tub did not work the whole time we were there. False advertisement, scam, lie.

Very clean. Close proximity to the beach, just a few steps across the road. The pool is right there and well maintained. Enjoyed the fact it was not a huge place but the perfect size for a family of 4 with 2 toddlers.

Love that it was super affordable and walking distance to the beach. Wish it was a little closer walking distance to stores but not a big deal. Would stay again!

The location of the property was great. Other than that, we did not enjoy our stay in the condo. The minute we walked in, the condo had a terrible wet, musty smell, that we could not get rid of despite using two different air fresheners.

Vacation

The property was located in a very busy very noisy section of town. There is no ocean view and you have to cross a very busy street to get to the beach. We drove to the park and paid to get in order to have quiet time on the beach instead of utilizing the beach across the street. The toilet seat was broken, but they did fix it rather quickly. The upstairs guests were extremely loud and you could hear everything through the walls and ceiling. When they showered upstairs, water poured out of the ceiling vent in our bathroom all over the floor. I reported it, but no one ever came and repaired the problem. The kitchen could have been stocked better, and the whole unit was not as clean as expected.The pool was nice.

Great Location and Unit

The unit is directly across from a public beach, so beach access is super quick and easy. There is a pocket door between the living room and the hall with the bunk beds, which makes the space flexible and more private if you use all the sleeping options (couch, bunkbeds, and bedroom). Enjoyed sitting on the fenced-in patio and feeling the beach breeze. Plenty of parking, which is a big plus. Quick drives to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again. Very comfortable unit.

Perfect location

These well-kept, railroad-style condos are directly across from a public beach access (time-to-beach: 1 minute), and within walking distance of many endearing shops and restaurants. The pool and hot tub can keep kids entertained when not at the beach and the pool loungers are great for sunbathing without sand. The owner was very helpful, contacting us with tips about the condo and the area, which made the rental process very easy and pleasant.

Beach stay

This condo could use a sprucing up. I did contact the owner who did respond but property manager did not. The location is perfect. Just an fyi you have a condo above you and you hear every step they take.

Excellent location

The location of this condo is great! Step off your deck onto the pool deck, right across the street from the beach. Unit was reasonably priced and had the necessities for our stay. Communication and check in was very easy and good. Unit and furniture are older, overall was pretty clean but could stand a deep clean with dust bunnies on the ceiling fans. I would stay there again.

The check-in process and communication with the owner was excellent. This unit is directly across the road from the Miramar Beach public use area. Unit was clean upon arrival. Back porch railing and cabinets need repairs. We enjoyed our visit.

Not as expected, no accountability from owner

*let me start by saying I’m sure the owner will have a response to this that completely ignores all the issues and says no one else has had a problem (as if I made all this up). I initially communicated with the property manager to let her know of the things we first saw when we arrived. We found something new that was broken or dirty every single day. I should have communicated with the owner via the VRBO app because VRBO said they would have taken care of it and given me my money back. I shared the broken things with the property manager as I do everytime when arriving somewhere new so we aren’t charged for damages that we didn’t cause. The property manager sent someone to make repairs without letting me know someone was coming. The person arrived during my kids nap time (2 and 4 year old), so we obviously turned them away. This is the text I received from the property manager: “ I was just notified that the handyman I sent down to address some of the issues you texted about was turned away. He will not be able to come back again for a few days as he left his regular job and drove quite a distance to make the repairs.” I was given no warning that someone was coming. List of issues with the condo: - broken gate that leads to pool (HOA is responsible for - broken blinds - two kitchen chairs were unstable, loose screws that my husband fixed (these chairs had been repaired before, we could tell from tool marks) - living room chair with SO many stains and black mold growing on the side (we didn’t use it because it looked so filthy. - tile baseboard falling off the wall under bar area, missing tile baseboards in hallway - security chain lock installed backwards, falls off when you open the door - master bedroom door falling off of hinge, making it unable to close bedroom door - tissue paper stuffed into holes in back of bathroom door (very strange, like I said we found something new every day) - rust all on the side of the refrigerator - the worst was the cockroaches. The owner said they are palmetto bugs. What Floridians call Palmetto bugs are actually cockroaches. I have been coming to Miramar beach Florida for 26 years and stayed in many condos along the strip (Summer Breeze, Costa Vista, Crystal View, Leeward Key) and I’ve never seen roaches in our condos before. We killed 8 cockroaches and one of them was ON THE MASTER BED! The owner has stopped responding to me about a partial refund. Rent at your own risk!

Amazing Vacation!

My best friend and I got side by side condos, both with Chris. He was quick to respond, the property was as described, location is unbeatable, and pool is a nice added touch!

We will not rent this unit in the future

Location was great however, the description said "recently updated/renovated". Not the case at all, this unit is very dated and needs a lot of work and updating! The door to bedroom does not close, the ceiling fan is really old and saging, tiles were missing along the wall, the paint in the kitchen was bad, holes in the bathroom towels, and we could not get the TV to work and had to call someone to come out. It is close to the beach and convenient to resturants, etc. but we were disappointed in the shape of the unit.
