Hermosa casa moderna de 2 pisos en 75 pies de playa prístina. 3 dormitorios, 2. 5 baños, una suite principal con baño en suite y acceso al patio frente al mar del segundo piso, hacen de esta casa el lugar ideal para relajarse y descansar. Reuniones familiares, viajeros de negocios, amigos que viajan juntos son bienvenidos. Aproveche esta ubicación frente al mar para disfrutar del surf, la pesca, el kayak, el paddle surf y las millas de caminatas en la playa. Todas las espaciosas habitaciones están arriba, el maestro ofrece impresionantes vistas del Océano Atlántico. En el primer piso encontrará una sala de estar y comedor con una pared llena de puertas corredizas que lo invitan a disfrutar de la vista de la playa y a un cómodo paseo privado a la playa privada. One of our favorite vacations ever, we absolutely loved this house! The views were breathtaking and to be able to hear the ocean as real “white noise“ every night was surreal and amazing! As well, the owner was so hospitable, communicative and accommodating!

Sweet Beach House

Family was blown away by the location, property, and access to a nice private beach! We saw dolphins and manatees very close to shoreline while my 4yr old daughter was in awe.

Perfect spaces, excellent cleanliness, magnificent ocean view, back yard beach access with very comfortable deck, private peaceful location. Very well equipped kitchen with many utensils , pots, dish wear, spices, etc. very welcoming place.

Fantastic retreat

This was exactly what we were expecting and hoping for. The location directly on the beach was perfect. The view out the picture windows from the family/living room was amazing. The weather was great - a few evening showers, but wonderful during the day. Nothing beats getting up to watch the sunrise in casual clothes, a few footsteps from the home on the private deck. We even saw a SpaceX launch at night!There were 10 of us who spent a week there, 8 adults, 2 children ages 2 and 3. We also rented the pool house which was great. We paid extra for the heated pool and hot tub, which also was well worth it.There were no issues during our stay. The owner was incredibly responsive, answering messages through the VRBO app usually within an hour or two. The place is well built and nicely decorated. Being able to walk literally 30 steps from the sliding glass door on the home to the private deck, or descend directly to the beach was priceless.There are plenty of beach toys for the kids - our two toddlers had a blast on the beach and in the pool. There is a nature preserve a few miles north with a nice easy 1 mile walking trail, where we saw local flora/fauna. We saw a large turtle on the beach during the day.There is a nice state park less than a mile south, Sebastian inlet, with a wonderful little lagoon where kids can safely wade/swim, and where we got within 10-15 feet of dolphins swimming by. A lot of fishing close by as well.Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Gorgeous view from the entire house!

We stayed a week in this beautiful home with an outstanding view of the ocean! No matter where you are you can see the ocean. The little sitting room off the kitchen was a favorite of mine. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub on windier days. The house is well cared for and stocked well. Spices in the kitchen and plenty of pots and pans to cook with. The deck off the main bedroom was great for morning sunrises and evening sunsets. Would definitely stay here again!

Thanksgiving Family Vacation

This was the perfect vacation home! The attention to detail in the decor was very impressive. We cooked most days and found the kitchen very well stocked with pots, pans etc. to meet all of our needs. The views were amazing and we enjoyed the deck, beach, pool and hot tub every day! We had an amazing week and just loved this home and location!

Perfect Family Vacation Home

The house has beautiful views right out the front slider. The pool was very nice and enjoyed by the whole family. The deck was a great place to hang out in the evening watching a huge turtle crawl up the beach for nesting. We also were able to see so many stars in the sky while enjoying the sounds and breeze from the ocean. The house has many sitting areas making conversations enjoyable amongst different groups in the family at the same time. The kitchen was the quintessential family gathering place with the center island with the cooktop making it easy for multiple people to share in meal preparation. The kitchen was also fully equipped with all the pots, pans and utensils you will need. It was also well stocked more than any other rental I have stayed in, with hand soap, dish soap, bath towels, beach towels, boogie boards, pool floats and mosquito repellant. Tim was very responsive when contacted. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Seaside Sanctuary

Seaside Villa was the perfect place to connect and spend quality time with family and friends. The house had everything we needed to cook, swim, play and relax, and we particularly enjoyed watching the sea turtles nest and play.

Private Paradise

What an amazing time we had! The private pool and hot tub were amazing. The private beach was special and so gorgeous. The house accommodated our family and extended family well. The house was beautiful. Tim Was quick to respond and helpful. It’s 20 min either direction to nice restaurants if desired but has everything you need in the kitchen to make meals as well. (We did this a lot) There are extra sheets for footons and a few extra blankets as well. We wished we had some additional blankets as well since we used all beds possible. Make sure you know ahead of time incase you miss it in the description like I did that the Pool House with extra bed and bathroom is an extra $200 a night. Heating the pool and hot tub are also an additional charge. Overall we had an incredible time and loved staying here and highly recommend

Beautiful oceanfront Property

Melbourne Beach is ranked one of the top 20 Florida beaches ! We enjoyed the quiet beach life, pool & jacuzzi , and villa. Tim was prompt with our few questions. Sincerely appreciate Tim’s hospitality.

Quiet, restful, beachside

We enjoyed a wonderful stay! The house is perfect for a group and has the most gorgeous views of the ocean. We had a family of three (2 adults and an 8 month old) stay in the pool house. Everyone had their own space. Lots of outside furniture to use around the pool and on the beach. We loved eating outside at the several outside tables. The house feels very private with only neighbors on the beach. Tim was a great host!

Perfect family vacation spot

Our best family vacation EVER! Pictures of this property do not do it justice. Quiet location, which was exactly what we wanted. House is Immaculate, open and casual … felt like home. Sunrise is amazing. We spent full days enjoying both pool and beach. Absolutely wonderful … cannot wait to go back!

Wonderful Beach Vacation

The house and pool house was perfect for our family. The home was very clean and well stocked. We loved the dock and easy access to the beach. The weather was wonderful for our trip and we were able to hang out and enjoy the ocean and the pool. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect vacation house!

A perfect vacation. Tim was excellent at communication and last minute changes. The place was clean and wonderful. The beach was perfect, almost felt like your own private area. The house comes with everything you need for a beach vacation. I highly recommend this location.
