Lovely place to stay

We were in town for a celebration of life (unfortunately) so it wasn’t long. The unit was spacious and clean. Check in was easy. It was walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, and the beach and boardwalk. Would recommend for sure!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The property and home are beautiful and the hosts were helpful as well. It was awesome to sit out on the porch in the morning and look at the ocean!

Pleasant Stay

House was good as mentioned. Spacious and close to the beach. Only tough thing is Huge apartment complex and tough to find the way in and out to walk. There was a power failure and we found tough to go down and up through stairs from the 9th floor. Other than that, everything good. Kitchen is good with required dishes, electric appliances. Very Old washer and dryer. Beautiful view from the balcony. I would recommend to others for a short stay.

Pros: bed was comfy and we felt generally safeCons: one of the worst places I have stayed. Everything is very tired, with mismatched cabinet colors and areas needing grout giving it a dirty feel. The dryer doesn’t work and that comment was also made in May 2024. We only had a few towels and no way to really wash them. I bought 3 more to get through. The fridge kept things lukewarm at best. We could only find 3 outlets in the entire apartment that would handle a phone charger. Not easy for 5 people. Very frustrated teenagers. The building hallways smell horribly as does the cleaner used before we checked in. For the very high rate we paid, it was an extremely disappointing experience and far from “luxury”!!!!!

This property is over priced for what it was. It was not clean. We, as in my child, found a roach (joint) in the living room, dust everywhere, shades on the sliding door were half broken and didn’t close all the way, the screen slider fell off the track many times. I asked for early check-in they finally said 1:30, we got there and just dropped our bags off at 1255, and it was not ready until after 2pm… so I paid the full price for early check in but they did not meet it on their end. The guy that we had been contacting for this property was rude and said we usually meet people in the garage to show them where to go, but he was busy. It was gawd aweful to figure out. After getting lost trying to leave we had to have him meet us to get to the street, then he lectured us again that’s why they Meet people to show them where to go… not my problem… theirs. Then come to find out, via a sign next to an entrance, they are not supposed to rent out the apartments. It said washer and dryer. Dryer was broken, after 14 hours of having a full load of wet laundry and the person not responding… I had to rewash it and take it down the road to dry it. Eventually the person responded said they would have maintenance come and no one came for the remaining 4 days. They had a ring doorbell outside the door so they could tell when we were coming and going. Idk if they entered the place while we were gone but it made us very uncomfortable. They didn’t have towels.

Overpriced for what you’re getting.

Beds comfortable, manager responsive and very nice. Good location. However, poorly equipped kitchen, etc. Unit is old, door off hinge scraped and made loud noise every time door opened, a bit too strong air freshener smell. Loud air conditioner.

Perfect Getaway!

This place was exactly what I needed it to be. I had a wonderful time staying here and Enjoyed exploring this area on foot. Liv Was extremely responsive and helpful. It can be a bit tricky to navigate at first but once you get the lay of the land it is fine. Tip: If you have a lot of luggage to bring in or have a guest with mobility issues you can pull your car up closer to the second elevator to unload-

Amazing location!

Loved this place! Super easy to get to the beach! Everything is walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Took an uber to Santa Monica Pier. The views amazing. Super clean and comfortable. Would come here again in a heartbeat. Owner is super! thanks again

Amazing stay!! The most beautiful Ocean View!

This was our families first trip to California and we were excited for the Santa Monica pier. The apartment was absolutely perfect! A beautiful space with modern decor, very clean, under 10 min walk to Venice beach, balcony with AMAZING view of the ocean and I could go on. Liv was very quick to answer any questions we had and was there to greet us/show as around when we got there. We will definitely stay again and would recommend our family and friends to stay as well!!
