Great place. Exactly as described in the listing. The rooftop deck is spectacular. Great location in the North of Montana neighborhood which has upscale eateries and shops. Highly recommend. We’ll definitely look for this place next time we’re back in Santa Monica.

There were 3 bedrooms but one of them was outside the apartment and small and noisy. The master bedroom was o.k. but really far from the bathroom. The 2nd bedroom did not have any windows. There are too many levels and steps. No really safe if you are over 70.Great location though.

Excellent location near shops, restaurants, walking distance to the ocean. Place was clean. We initially could not figure out where the third bedroom was because it’s not really part of the actual apartment, and its air conditioning was sub-optimal. Easy check-in and check-out. I would stay there again for the convenience of the location.

Everything was great - clean, spacious, great location, beautiful rooftop deck. And the hosts left milk for our daughter, pastries, and flowers for when we arrived - so thoughtful and kind! Would definitely stay here again!

This is our second stay here. It is delightful. Many of the conveniences of home in a terrific location close to Montana. Walking distance to many cafes, restaurants, small stores and groceries. Parking in the driving. A 14 block walk to the beach. 3.8 miles from the Getty, a 25 minute drive to either Malibu or Topanga Canyon. Plus Santa Monica weather. Great, responsive host, too

The apartment was in a great location! Easy check in and check out and very kind hosts. I would highly recommend staying here. My only callout would be the 3rd bedroom is outside the main apartment. Clean and usable but just separate from house. Thank you for hosting us, it was a great stay.

Great location in Santa Monica close to shops restaurants and Whole Foods. We walked 10 to 12 blocks down to Santa Monica Beach. Very safe neighborhood. There are two bedrooms in the main apartment. The second bedroom has two queen size beds and a half bath. The third bedroom is slightly outside of the apartment on the second floor, which my 20 year-old appreciated for the privacy with its own bathroom. The host was available and easy to reach. Everything worked & was very clean!

Excellent communication! Location was so very convenient! It is the little things…like the cookies and muffins and even fresh milk in fridge. We had a very late check in and the process was so very easy. Area was very charming.

Excellent place to stay in the Santa Monica area; close to everything. Unique, beautiful place really capturing updated mission style home. I’d say the 2 main bedrooms within the home walls are both beautiful, and the 3rd bedroom ( which my kids actually wanted) was ok/fine.Sara our host is great, providing you with way more than the avg host.We would definitely stay there again, you willnot be disappointed!

Property is in a great location, 1 block from cute shops and food. Overall, well located in the city for easier access to various attractions. Easy parking. Clean unit. We really enjoyed our stay, including the great view from the rooftop deck. We had one question while thefts and the owner was very responsive.
