Our luxury apartment with more sophisticated features includes 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath and living room (with pull-out couch) with kitchenette including accessories. There is also an underground parking space available for them.
In the complex there is a 30 ° heated indoor pool, fitness room, sauna, table tennis room, solarium (for a fee), children's play room, children's playground and bike - ski room.

Summer experience: In the fantastic mountain panorama of Oberaudorf and the surrounding area, you can pursue numerous leisure activities or enjoy nature in the rustic mountain restaurants. In the summer, the nearby lakes invite you to swim. Water sports enthusiasts can prove themselves at the water ski and wakeboard lift at Hödenauersee or the VIKING freestyle ski jump at Luegsteinsee. The Walchsee with surf, sailing and water ski school is also very popular.
The Kaiser Mountains offer leisurely hikes for the family or via ferratas for the sporty mountain enthusiasts, mountain bikers will also have fun.
The 'summer' toboggan run with a 360 degree roundabout and the forest rope climbing garden on the Hocheck are an experience for the 'small' holidaymakers.

Perfect for a relaxing and sportive vacation

Perfect location for hiking and biking, followed by relaxing in the sauna and swimming pool. The apartment is on the ground floor with direct access to the very green garden. With the bakery service and close-by shops a very complete vacation address. We had a wonderful week.

Great stay at Oberaudorf

Very nice apartment, clean and spacious. Few minutes walk to center. The village Oberaudorf is actually quite near to München, Salzburg and Innsbruck. If you like trekking or eBiking, there are all kinds of possibilities within 1h range. Highly recommended!

Kurzurlaub

Trotz des regnerischen Wetters haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung, sowie das gesamte Haus und die Anlage waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Herr und Frau Wolf waren immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Schwimmbad und die Wellnessabteilung entsprechen genau der Beschreibung. Schöne große Tiefgarage mit separatem Fahrradraum Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön. Das Badezimmer sieht sehr neu aus. Die Schlafgelegenheit war auch sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Tischtennisraum hat uns auch sehr gefallen und wir haben dort ein paar Partien gespielt. Das Schwimmbad war auch sehr gut und sauber. Von der FeWo war man zu Fuß innerhalb von ca. 20 Minuten in Oberaudorf.

Schöne Fewo in gepflegter Anlage

Eine schöne, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in einer Ferienwohnanlage. Die Nutzung von Hallenbad, Sauna etc ist kostenlos. Beides war ebenfalls gepflegt und sauber. Wir waren mit 4 Personen da. Da wird es allerdings ziemlich eng. Auf der Schlafcouch könnte man gut liegen.

FeWo-Anlage, gepflegt und viele Extras

tolle ruhige Anlage mit großer Tiefgarage, Foyerbereich mit Empfangsdesk, großes Hallenschwimbad (ca.15x6m?), Sauna, Tischtennis, Spielräume etc. FeWo selbst ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, neues Bad mit moderner Dusche, funktionale Küchenzeile mit Ceranfeld, SpüMasch, Mikrowelle. Smart-TV im WoZi (hier wäre einzig als Verbesserungsvorschlag ein kuscheliges Ecksofa als Wohnlandschaft gemütlicher wie die vorhandenen Einzelmöbel). Absolut empfehlenswert, auch im Preis/Leistungsverhältnis!👍

Sehr schöne Gegend

Die Wohnanlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt. An der Rezeption werden alle Fragen freundlich beantwortet. Brötchenservice hat gut funktioniert. Leider kann man das Bad nur nach Voranmeldung mit nur einem weiteren Haushalt für 30 min nutzen. Ist etwas umständlich und keine spontane Entscheidung möglich (leider wegen Corona). Tiefgaragenstellplätze reichlich vorhanden. Fahrradkeller abgeschlossen ebenfalls. Die Anlage ist zu empfehlen.

Ferienwohnung Oberaudorf

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat die perfekte Größe. Schön ist auch die Terrasse mit den entsprechenden Möbeln. Wir konnten Schwimmbad und Sauna nutzen und die Anlage ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Super ist auch die vorhandene Tiefgarage und man hat viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Leider war das Bad nicht besonders sauber, der Rest der Wohnung aber schon. Insgesamt würden wir das Objekt auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir haben unsere Urlaubswoche hier sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und die Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren wirklich gut. Die Umgebung hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Mödl im Vorfeld hat sehr gut funktioniert. Alles in allem rundum empfehlenswert!
