This is the smaller side of The Sled Stop.
The Sled Stop is located in Bruce Crossing and is your central location for the western U.P.
We have a 1 bedroom, 1 bath carpeted interior with living room with large TV with Netflix and WiFi.
Just about anything you could need is within 1 block, food, gas, groceries, bowling alley, cafe, laundromat, auto parts and hardware store.
Short drive to countless adventures or sights.

Pizza oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, No stove or oven. Not a complete kitchen. We do not have a/c.

It was clean and had most of what I wanted for long stay with everything I needed close by (restaurants, gas, coop, 4th of July festivities, Dollar General, TV). I was worried about not having air-conditioning but it was comfortable temperature inside and had no issues with sleeping comfortably.

Nice place to stay. Nothing fancy but perfect for a weekend hitting the trails. Parking with trailers can be a little challenging but the lot across the road is open to park in but not convenient.

Great for a party of four. If you don't require all the high end accommodations of a fancy cabin then this is a perfect fit. It's clean and has all the necessities you need for a comfortable stay. Perfect location if you enjoy snowmobiling. Trail 8 is right out the front door and connecting trails in all directions close by. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future trips. From the start to the "last check out," The Sled Shop amenities delivered! The lite kitchenette was well equipped with table services, griddle, crockpot, microwave ... an efficient bath/shower, queen beds in the bedroom, modern carpet, flat screen, WiFi ... you name it. I've shared this little gem among friends and family already. On major snow trails, and within an hour to 75 minutes of all major towns and cities in Western UP ... U Betcha I'm coming back the next time I'm staying in the area.

Thermostat control

Good location,clean affordable. But you can not control the heat and air. No thermostat. You have to contact your host. Not much going on with tv. Just Netflix in and out.

8/26/23 The perfect amount of space needed , very clean and comfortable! Unfortunately all the town’s restaurants are no longer in service ( bowling alley next door can cook a frozen pizza or burger) The corner gas station has a mini supermarket attached for real groceries. Unfortunately this listing has no stove so u are limited to cooking food types in pizza oven or microwave only. But this listing is perfect location to lots of waterfalls and close to Porcupine Mountain. I overall definitely recommend this place.
