たくさんの自然光、家中の景色、ベッドルーム、バスルームはすべて素晴らしいサイズです。 2階のオープンコンセプトのリビングエリアには、フラットスクリーンがあり、家の前後にある2つのデッキにアクセスできます。

ビーチアクセス＃2は家のすぐそばにあり、ノースビーチアクセスは通りを歩いたり自転車に乗ったりするのに便利です。

Beautiful home & location!

We stayed here with extended family and it was perfect for multiple families, including children ages 1 thru 16. The location is excellent and the house was well appointed with everything we needed to enjoy the beach and prepare meals. Both the inside of the house and the outdoor spaces (including multiple decks, an outdoor shower, and backyard) are beautiful! We would absolutely recommend the house and look forward to staying again!

Wonderful house, plenty of room for us all, perfect!

Excellent! We enjoyed the house very much. It was perfect for us all with plenty of restrooms, seating/lounging areas, nice outdoor seating, never felt cramped, kitchen was very well equipped with lots of kitchen ware, very clean place, all in all perfect.

Great Oceanfront Family Vacation

Everything about this trip was an A+. Denise was helpful leading up to our stay. She was kind during our stay and then sent a nice note post-stay. The house and the VIEW were both amazing. We now have many life lasting memories thanks to this stay!

Loved it- want to stay again!!

We had a wonderful visit. The house was great, very spacious and thoughtful. All of the things we might need were provided and the instructions were very detailed! Thank you to Denise and her family for letting us use this special place! Maine is magical!!

Great House for a stay in Wells/Moody!

My wife and I were entertaining friends from out of town and needed the extra space to accommodate. It has a ton of room and bedrooms and tho were 6 and not 8 of us as expected there still wouldve been more than enough room for everyone. House had a great 2nd floor deck area for grilling/eating/hanging outside and the main room and kitchen were more than spacious enough for everyone. Denise was on top of everything and was readily available for any questions/needs. 2 thumbs up!

amazing beach getaway

Bright, clean, roomy, and perfect for a family of ladies to get away for a weekend. Went beyond my expectations and the owner was amazing to work with. Hoping to go back soon.

Beautiful Property

Very impressed with everything the property had to offer. Beautiful views and short walk to beach. The amenities were more than I could have asked for. Made our stay very easy and a alot of fun.

Beautiful house with lots to do!

Loved staying here! Whole family was sad to leave. We had 8 adults and 7 children between 2-12 and still had room for 2 overnight guests and some day-time visitors. The beach access is very close & kayaking in the marsh tide was a big hit with the kids. If it’s too windy at the beach, lounging at the marsh entrance is a great alternative. Double sinks in the kitchen and an extra fridge in the basement made cooking & groceries very easy. The house does not have AC but the ocean breeze keeps it cool. At night though, it does make the pocket doors & shades throughout the house rattle, so that took a little getting used to. Denise was fantastic and just a text away if we had any questions!

Great host, amazing house, great location

Denise was the best host. Very helpful with anything related to the house. The checkin process was easy and the house was very well stocked! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need from things for kids to plenty of silverware, pots/pans and dishes. There were plenty of beach toys, towels and even a little cart to bring things to the beach The house has such a great location. Just a quick 5 min walk to the beach entrance. You could easily watch the sun rise and set from the numerous decks. We're definitely coming back!

The bar has been set!

This property could not have been more perfect. It was clean, modern and spacious, has beautiful ocean views, with multiple cozy spots, super comfortable furniture and a fully stocked kitchen. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms gave everyone their own space and privacy. It was tastefully decorated and super comfortable. Denise, the co-owner, was accommodating, responsive and simply, so genuinely kind. This experience and weekend will be a very tough act to follow and has set a very high bar! The accommodations exceeded our (high) expectations and we are so very grateful. We highly recommend that you book this amazing space! (just not on the weekends we plan to return!!) :)

Perfect house for a multiple family getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The check-in process was easy and the owners were very responsive to questions as we prepared for arrival. The house was spacious, clean and very well equipt for families. I would highly recommend this property.
