Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property management could have done better, broken chairs, only 4 working fir s family of 5, the floors were really unclean,main security door did not close properly, broken outside chairs, Note to owner Aircon would be good for upstairs, as it was unbearable/ unusable for the week.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On arrival, we were greeted with a ‘festation’ of cockroaches that were literally laying on the bath mat in the main shower area. There were lots of baby & adult cockroaches nesting in the mat... it made us feel disgusting as we have young children that we brought away for our 1 weeks holiday for the entire year. Upon checking the upstairs area , we found a smoke detector just hanging by a cable from the roof (so probably not even hard wired or working?).. the same hole in the ceiling enabled a very large huntsman spider to then come through in the middle of the night & land on the bed where our 6 year old son was sleeping & it actually terrified the **** out of him to the point where he didn’t want to sleep there anymore. On the first night, we couldn’t even prepare food safely in the kitchen area due to some of the lightning not even working above the food prep area in the kitchen! To make our holiday even more relaxing the TV remote was broken & every time we wanted to adjust the volume we had to get up , walk over to do it . The 2nd night we decided to have a bbq outside... we opened the bbq cover only to be greeted with more cockroaches literally running over the grill / hot plates!The pool at the facility had a huge problem with ants & the children couldn’t stand on the outside of the pool without being bitten by the festation of ants!We reported our accom maintenance requests on the morning of our 2nd day to the so called hotel management staff, though not one thing was actioned whilst we were there. On the last night we were packing up my wife revived a ‘stick injury’ from a potentially used diabetic needle device which was left in the top drawer of the clothes cabinet that both my wife & 2yr old daughter were sharing their clothes in! It drew blood & both my wife & I were absolutely horrified that this could happen !!My wife suffers from anxiety & this was the most traumatic scenario!

Awesome location

Awesome location, great facilities, fab spaces for everyone. Just needs a really good clean in the bathrooms and toilets.

Great family-friendly property, handy for the centre of Exmouth. Clean and well-presented with all equipment, facilities and amenities you would expect.

Awesome time stay here every year plenty of room walking distance to town a short drive to beach and lots to do. Just a bit over an hour to Coral Bay
