Enjoy playing tennis, working out at the fitness center or taking a refreshing dip in one of the spectacular swimming pools and hot tubs.

Good Location

We had a great visit with friends for our 60th high school reunion. The accommodations were adequate for the 6 of us. That Said: The condo is a bit threadbare and needing of upgrading. Also, the lighting was dark and would benefit from a better scheme. Overall it was adequate for us.

Family oriented

Very clean facilities & unit. Many families vacationing so activities offered were all occupied throughout the day till closing of activity center. Units offered many comforts from home. Beds were comfortable. Maintenance was very responsive šŸ˜Š

Great Family Vacay

Loved the location close to everything you would want to spend the day at like VA Beach, Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. The resort was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Reserving both A and B apartments worked well for my family and friends to sleep and rests after each days outing. Loved the activity center and heated pools.

Family Vacation with lots to do on site

In general, everyone had a good time. Check in was long because we had to listen to someone convince us to go to a timeshare meeting...this is was not listed on the VRBO sight. Our unit was as far from the activities as possible....lots of walking. Someone with physical limitations should request a unit close to the activities.

Great amenities, tired accommodations

We stayed for three nights and spent two full days in the area. The resort amenities were fantastic. The pools were great, the mini-golf was lovely and the kids had fun in the arcade. We would have loved to try more of the outdoor games and s'mores by the fire pit. The suite had lots of great space and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and the showers were nice. However, we feel the suites are ready for a refresh. The federal style is a nice nod to Colonial Williamsburg but some of the furniture was broken or chipped, the stucco walls and ceilings were dated and the kitchen could use some upgrades. The iron was old and put a black stain on my white jeans. It was a good home base for our short visit but for me to consider a membership a remodel would need to happen. The exterior and amenities building were beautiful.

Great location and fun amenities

This was the perfect place to stay while also touring the nearby Colonial Triangle and Busch Gardens. The kids got their energy out in the pool and game room and even learned how to play pool. The rooms were spacious and quiet.

Family getaway

Our overall stay was good. The check in process was horrible. Our suites were not ready at 5:15 and when we finally received wristbands and got to our rooms the wristbands would not work. I would like to have seen someone vacuum the common areas inside the building. Our stairs and entry way were in need of a vacuum! Also a small vacuum in the suites would have welcome while traveling with teens. Pool, mini golf, tennis courts and arcade were awesome!!!

Very nice stay

We had the adjoining units that provided quite a substantial amount of space and relaxation we needed after days exploring Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens and Water Country. Decor is a bit dated and tired as mentioned in other reviews but was acceptable. Convenient to all restaurants and any other stores youā€™d need. The resortā€™s amenities are very good for families with small kids. Overall a good stay, I would recommend.

Family Vacation

We went to the Wyndham Kingsgate with two adults and 3 kids and the stay was very enjoyable. We had a 3 bedroom with 3 baths and 2 full kitchens. The price was very reasonable and the amenities exceeded our expectations. We will definitely come back.

Filthy!

This was disgustingly dirty! Every room was dirty, vents falling off wall, dust & dirt on counters, furniture & floors. Cabinets were falling apart. YUCK! Stayed in nicer super 8. This was not worth $100 a night let alone the $550 the 3 bed lock off came to! I feel very ripped off.

Family Getaway

Booked this trip to celebrate birthdays and graduations for family members. Check in and check out process was very easy. The resort property was conveniently located to attractions and restaurants. The accommodations were spacious and clean. We had a party of 9 but didn't feel crowded. The decor was a little dated but overall, very nice. The resort offered plenty of on site activities for all ages. Would definitely look at staying there again if in the area.

Maintenance issues

Tub drain clogged with hair, called front desk and no one came. Had to clean the drain myself. The refrigerator was louder than a lawnmower.
