The full kitchen is well-equipped for home cooking - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, dishes, and a coffee maker. A dining table and breakfast bar give you flexible options at every meal.
 
Outdoor living
The screened lanai opens to calm lake views, and a private deck gives you another spot to sit and recharge. Guests also have access to the community pool and playground. A beach access point is available through the neighborhood - please note there is no parking at the access point.
 
Workspace & connectivity
A dedicated loft workspace with Wifi gives longer-stay guests a proper place to focus - a clear separation between work and downtime under the same roof.
 
Comfort & convenience
Washer, dryer, bed linens, towels, essentials, hangers, iron, private entrance, and free parking for 2 vehicles are all included. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are on-site.
 
Please note: This property is located within Sawgrass Golf & Country Club. Beyond the community pool and beach access point, all other club amenities are reserved exclusively for resident members.

-This Property has a 2-week minimum stay requirement.
-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.

Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
