Holden Time is your ideal vacation getaway, located directly across the street from the ocean. This meticulously maintained and continuously updated beach home features wood floors throughout and a bright, attractively furnished living room with vaulted ceilings and a large flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops with a snack bar, while the dining area provides ample seating for family meals.
Each bedroom comes with a TV and ceiling fan, and a twin rollaway bed is available for extra sleeping (sheets not provided). Stay connected with high-speed wireless internet throughout the home.
Enjoy multiple outdoor spaces: the front deck has rocking chairs, the side deck includes an outdoor dining table, and the top deck features chaise lounges and a table. Additional amenities include a large hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower, a swing, and a charcoal grill.
Beach access is conveniently located between 329 & 331 OBW.
Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only) included for weekly rentals only. Towels are not provided but can be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.
Please note: Although this is not a pet-friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to the property. Guests with animal allergies may wish to consider an alternate home. Absolutely no pets or smoking are allowed.
