This home is awesome!! so much for all ages to do. House has all of your needs and plenty of linens. Beautiful home and property. Outside decks are amazing with plenty of seating everywhere.

Excellent Experience!

This was my first VRBO. The process was seamless, the communication was readily available, the access was easy and the stay was excellent! The home was just as it claimed, accommodating and offered lots of outside activities! We loved it!

Amazing property

We were excited to visit “The Treehouse” and were completely in awe over the amenities when we arrived. The property is breathtaking and has so much to offer. We rented a boat on the Saturday of our stay but shorten the time because we wanted to enjoy every moment we could of the house. There was so much for our group of 16 to do and plenty of space to relax. Thank you and we can’t wait to go back!

Attention to detail

Everything was intentional about this place. Fresh soap in the bathrooms like a hotel, even the TV remotes were labelled. When the smoke alarm batteries beeped, the owner immediately sent a repair service to take care of it. It was a wonderful place with lots of activities.

Sweet 16 Family Get Together

Our stay was really great. The view was breath taking and we all wanted to stay outdoors the whole time. The lake is very deep and we had the best time on the rope swing, jumping platform, and kayaks. Kids really enjoyed the fire pit and s’mores. The dart board and pool table were also a huge hit. We grilled for every meal and the kitchen was fully stocked. We would definitely book again. Honestly has me searching for my own lake house. :)

Staycation at the Treehouse

We rented the treehouse for my husbands birthday with friends! There was so much to do! We were never bored! The owner was always quick to respond when needed so that was nice! In our opinion there was too much decor especially at toddlers height and in inconvenient spots where there was no space to put anything like the dining table and kitchen and no where to put it awayzz but that’s just an observation. We enjoyed everything there was to offer and we’ve already talked about going back! Definitely recommend with a big group! It was so peaceful!

Best lake house at Lake Livingston!

Your place was amazing. You have thought through so many details! Some special extras that we loved were: TWO portable cribs (we have two year old twins and we always have to lug so much with us!) Hot tub! Even though it was hot out, it was so refreshing of an evening. So.many.floaties!!! Knowing we didn’t need to bring a thing for the water was awesome. We spent countless hours on those floats and paddle boards. Your dock is the best one I’ve ever rented! We loved the swing into the water. And the high jump was thrilling! So many areas to sit on the dock and multiple ways to access the water made it easy for my older mom. Bluetooth speakers at both out door spaces made for a fun environment. Definitely want to come back!!

Rental stay

The overall stay was good, there were just a few things that made our stay just good and not great…the house was amazing but upon arrival there were several things broken or destroyed which is not Kendall’s fault…apparently the renters before us exceeded the max visitors and somewhat destroyed the place. I just wish notice of this would have been given due to all the games upon arrival were destroyed, there was a large rip on one of the couches, and a few chairs outside were broken. There were definitely way more positives than negatives staying at this place, it was so nice to have so many kayaks to be able to use and so much to entertain kids…and the house is so accommodating for a large family of 12. Another issue that was just bad timing and it had been raining for a few days into our stay was when we finally had nice weather, we were all outside enjoying our stay and we had their lawn service there cutting the grass while we were outside, notice upon their arrival would have been nice because one of my nieces is allergic to grass and no one came up to us to let us know they were about to get grass everywhere, she spend the rest of the trip so congested and we understand that the lawn service comes on scheduled days but a heads up would have been nice so she could have at least gone inside prior to them showing up.

Beautiful view!

Great communication with owner, very easy to contact. Lots to do on the property, inside and out. House is older and showing many signs of age and wear. But the owner has made great efforts to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. Lots of stairs, all internal, but no stair handrails on the walls either. That would have been very helpful for our elderly family members who were visiting for the day, since there is no bathroom on the ground level. Outside was amazing, yet the patio tv was not working. We were really bummed to not be able to enjoy the football game outside with our group. (Our original plan) But it was a lovely day with an amazing view of the lake so that made up for it. It’s definitely a fun property, just needs some updating and “sprucing up”. Overall, it served our needs well and we had a great three night stay at the treehouse!

Amazing property

You can tell the owner of this home put thought into every inch of this property. From indoor games and entertainment to tons of outdoor entertainment, you will not be bored. The guys loved the pool table and darts after the kiddos went to bed at night. And the fire pit area was so relaxing. The kids loved swinging off the dock, fishing and the playground. Great for families or just adults! Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Lake weekend away

We had a fantastic weekend and enjoyed every minute at the treehouse. Everyone had a blast with all the lake "toys" and activities and the kitchen/house was fully stocked with all things needed to cook in and enjoy a true lake weekend away. Look forward to booking again.

Marvelous Vacation Home

This was our first time staying at this property and we quickly fell in love. Everything you can think of that you would want for a waterfront Lakehouse rental they provided. The home was clean and well thought out. Are teen kids enjoyed downstairs living area for card games and board games as well as darts and pool table. Swimming and playing in the lake with the provided kayaks and floats, along with the basketball goal was awesome. We all circled up around the firepit at night. There is enough space and enough options to entertain that everyone was able to play or relax how they wanted. Just an excellent place. We will be back for sure!!!

Family Reunion
