Please note that the stovetop and oven are gas appliances. When using them, hold the knob in for a few seconds until the ignition occurs. To prevent insects from entering the house, especially at night, it's advisable to keep the lights dimmed as this level doesn't have screens.

Beautiful view!

We really enjoyed our stay at 1770 and the house was very functional, clean and easy to access. Only slight issue for us was remembering the little step down in the house to walk to the bathroom at night. To avoid an issue we had to pile cushions near the step to alert us about the step. However the aircon was cool and powerful and we really appreciated it as we stayed during a heatwave. House was very clean and Chrissy was easy to work with. Thanks so much for having us!

Beautiful peaceful location with outstanding view

After making an impromptu booking due to needing a break from life stressors we were pleasantly surprised to find this little gem. The views are absolutely amazing and the location was extremely quiet. We stayed on Level 2 and the home is well set up with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s an easy walk down to beach and the local bar and eatery, a little longer to the 1770 marina. Chrissy emailed through easy directions and her communication was excellent. The best part overall for us was that we could take our much loved sausage dog for the adventure and he had ample room to explore. We will surely be back.
