Our beautiful, fully equipped and perfectly located new Villa in Beit Hanania: 5 min from Caesarea, 5 min from Zikhron Ya'akov, 7 min from the Mediterranean Sea shore. 30 min from Tel Aviv or Haifa.
The perfect solution for a family vacation!

The house is roomy (and yet cosy and feels like a real 'home'). On top of 3 bedrooms (2 are master bedrooms) and an office space, we also have a very big kitchen, living room and a family room for kids to play.
We have an available washing machine and a dryer, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher.
The yard has a few sitting areas and a gas BBQ grill.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

My name is Deddy. I grew up in Moshav Beit Hananiya (small village) where we built our house in 2012. Every year during the summer we (my wife, myself and our 4 children) leave Israel to work and volunteer with kids and teenagers abroad. During that time we sublet our home :-)

Why they chose this property

The house itself is very comfortable and is perfect for a family with children. The Moshav (small village) is super family friendly with many sports fields, playgrounds, a skate park, local grocery store, all in 2-8 minutes walking distance. (The children can do it themselves).
The location is amazing for traveling all over Israel: 5-15 min from the best beaches in Israel (Caesarea, Ha'Bonim, Tantura, Jaser A Zarka), an hour from the sea of Galilee, 40 min from Tel Aviv, 25 min from Haifa, 90 min from Jerusalem, % min from Caesarea, 5 min from Zichron Yaakov.
