Nuestro condominio se encuentra en Mauna Lani Resort, a unos 20 minutos al norte del aeropuerto de Kona. La propiedad fue construida en 2005 en una pequeña comunidad cerrada de 44 unidades en 6 acres que están bellamente ajardinadas. Palm Villas es un tranquilo y confortable apartamento de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños, además de un amplio y espacioso loft, configurado como un tercer espacio para dormir. Ubicado junto al histórico parque de petroglifos y las vistas de Mauna Loa, los huéspedes reciben tarjetas de acceso al estacionamiento privado en el cercano Mauna Lani Beach Club, con una playa de arena blanca, sillones y cabañas, excelente snorkeling, alquiler de equipos para deportes acuáticos, alquiler de botes, y restaurante al aire libre, Napua.

Ideal para parejas, familias o amigos, hay más de 1400 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable con una terraza amueblada con vista a los jardines y al área de la piscina. La cocina está abierta al comedor y al salón, lo que hace que la preparación de la comida sea divertida. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, un baño principal grande con ducha independiente y una gran bañera. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen situada justo al lado del segundo baño. El loft tiene una cama queen, además de un área de escritorio. La unidad tiene una lavadora y secadora apilables.

Los huéspedes tienen acceso gratuito a la piscina comunitaria en cascada de Palm Villas, a la bañera de hidromasaje y al gimnasio. This was our first trip to the big island, and I would say we really lucked out on this place! The place was very clean and comfortable and we felt very safe. The location, access to private beach club, onsite pool, neighborhood, etc., were a perfect introduction to the island. There was a complete selection of beach items - from folding chairs and beach umbrella, to ice chests and snorkeling gear. We ventured out every day to other beaches and locations, but we felt the private beach club with cabana chairs, wonderful snorkeling, easy parking and access, made our "home" beach our favorite of all! The hosts were very accommodating and responsive and we would highly recommend this place to everyone!

Beautiful place

The condo was beautiful and spacious. The community with nice and quiet. It seemed to be mostly older folks. This unit is upstairs, so we had to be extra careful to be quiet enough, which is tough with 3 young kids. We had a lovely stay!

Great quiet condo in a perfect location, Mauna Lani

Central location near tennis center and a short walk to the beach. We have stayed at this complex 5 times, and are always happy. This condo has everything, complete kitchen, barbecue, garage full of beach items, and a pass to the beautiful beach nearby. The kitchen has everything we needed, and the condo was clean. It is comfortable and spacious as well.

Perfect for a family celebration

Located in a beautiful area of the island. Convenient to shopping. On-site pool and hot tub a plus. Private beach club is nearby, and my family enjoyed a whole day there. Food and service at beach restaurant was a plus.

Wonderful space and location.

Absolutely wonderful condo, with amenities not found elsewhere, great workout area and pool. Definitely not for families with active kids who might be a bit loud. Kitchen well stocked and lanai perfect. The check in instructions are way too confusing and could be made much more simple (BTW happy to help!).We will be back.

Lovely unit great for family vacation

We loved staying here with our family including our 9 month old! The unit was well provisioned and included crucial things for traveling with small kids like a pack and play, high chair, and even beach toys and floaties! It really made it feel as if we were staying in our own home. We would enthusiastically stay here again next time we come to the Big Island!

Great stay at the Palm Villas!

We had a great stay at the Palm Villas! Great condo with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen has everything you need if you feel like cooking. The pool was great and if you want to walk to the Beach Club it’s an easy walk. We met the lovely neighbor and her dog Luigi. Hoping to come back next summer.

Great stay on the big island

We loved our stay here. The place was super clean and all the furniture (including the beds) were very comfortable. It was also very quiet. We loved seeing the sunset rise through the kitchen window every morning as well as sitting out on the lanai. The location was great and having access to the beach club was awesome. Bret and Lisa were great hosts and were quick to answer any questions we had (no issues...just questions). We would recommend this and would stay here again on our next visit.

Beautiful and amazing beach

We loved this condo. Short drive to beach. Beautiful pool. The condo is very well appointed. The loft was a bit dusty, that was our only disappointment. But it was a very small one. This condo is a great value for the price.

Great unit, excellent grounds/pool

We loved staying in this unit and will definitely be back! I stayed here with my two sisters on a girls trip and it was perfect. The grounds and pool are amazing. The unit was clean and we each had our own rooms. The living room was comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. The AC worked perfectly and the beach club access was amazing. We will definitely stay here on our next trip. Communication with owner, Lisa was quick and she was very accommodating. Don't hesitate in booking this great spot!

Great condo, lots of space, quiet area

Myself, husband, and 2 teens enjoyed our stay. The teens were happy to each have their own sleeping area. The kitchen was great for making breakfast each morning. It was well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, spices, etc. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub area after long days sightseeing, hiking, and at the beach. The quiet pool area is very relaxing. We did not go to the resort beach, there are a few other really nice beaches close by that we choose to go to so the beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and snorkeling equipment that were provided were a really nice option for us.

Great family trip

This condo is in a great location. We had everything we needed to cook and it was very easy to get to everything around the island. We used the private beach access one day, but there are so many beautiful beaches nearby that we ended up visiting a different beach every morning. Overall, we were very happy with the condo and the location and the hosts were very quick to respond to any questions. My only suggestion would be to add a day bed in the upstairs loft. There is plenty of space for it.

Like a Home Away from Home.

Really nice condo and super acccomodating owners. We loved the living room set-up with its really nice large screen tv and comfortable sectional. Everything was very tastefully done. We live in South Kona and staycation at least once a year. The Mauna Lani is our favorite place to stay. We love everything about it, especially the Beach Club. It was a much needed getaway and we couldn't have picked a better place to relax and recharge. Big mahalos to Lisa for making our staycation such a great experience. We will definitely be back!

Great stay!

Very nice condo and community that is well maintained. Pleasantly surprised by how nice the pool was. Would have been nice to have umbrellas at the pool. Just a suggestion for the hoa. I also enjoyed the shoreline trail that was right outside of the gate. Only complaint about the condo is the remote was missing for the large ceiling fan so we had to run the ac more than usual.

Fabulous Vacation Rental

Aside from being too short, our stay at Palm Villas B23 was perfect in every way! The unit was immaculate, quiet, comfortable, and one of the best equipped vacation rentals we’ve had. We especially loved having all the beach gear (towels, chairs, umbrella, snorkeling equipment, and boogie boards) right in the garage ready for us. Palm Villas location is ideal, within easy walking distance of the shops and restaurants, and a pleasant 15-minute walk from the beach club. We used the pool and hot tub two afternoons; both were well maintained and uncrowded. The next door neighbor and her little dog were kind and welcoming, and the rental was even more spacious than it appears in photos. Mahalo, and hopefully we will be lucky enough to return for another stay someday!

Quiet and Relaxing

We love Palm Villas because the property is beautiful, quiet close to the beaches and many restaurant choices. B23 is as described in the listing...pretty much everything you need for your stay. The master bedroom and bath are lovely, great king bed, plenty of hot water for your shower or bath. Lot of spices, condiments and kitchen accessories if you care to cook. We met the nice lady downstairs who "thanked" us for being so quiet. We told her that we appreciated her efforts in asking "boisterous" people to keep down the noise. We highly recommend Building B for anyone who enjoys a peaceful place when coming back home after a sun filled day!

Excellent location!

The condo’s location in Palm Villas is excellent, close to tennis, and the unit has lovely views of foliage and the pool. It was quiet and comfortably sleeps 6. We really appreciated the beach gear for guest use in the garage and loved spending time at the beach club. I would give 4.5 stars overall if I could. We had issues with some of the appliances not working properly including washer/dryer, and while it sleeps 6, the 2 tables each had 4 chairs. Kitchen has the basics. Parking is oddly in the unit next door. Property management was responsive, which we appreciated.

Bret and Lisa have been visiting the Hawaiian Islands together for over 20 years. We are both recently retired and use this Palm Villas condo as their vacation home.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The Palm Villas had a special place in our heart from the first time we rented one of the condos with our grown children in 2016. We took a special liking to the Big Island because of all the different places and climates to visit. We immediately started talking about making our dream of owning one of the condos ourselves. We looked at MANY condos on the Big Island but nothing was better than the Palm Villas, in our opinion. We liked the location, the quality of the units, and the quiet community of only 44 units. We liked that we could walk through the historic petroglyph park past the fish ponds and get to the great snorkeling in Makaiwa Bay. We loved that we could go to the Mauna Lani Beach Club and we love the restaurant, Napua, on the beach. We go out to watch the sunset and watch the whales and are so happy when we are in our new Paradise!
