Santa Cesarea Terme - Palazzo storico sul mare con balneazione privata
L'appartamento si trova nel grande e storico palazzo Tamborrino sul mare al centro di Santa Cesarea Terme a pochi passi dalle terme e dagli alberghi.
Esso si affaccia al lato strada (non ha vista mare) ma tramite un breve corridoio, condiviso con altri due, si accede ad una grande terrazza laterale attrezzata (tavolo e sedie) con vista mare e dove è possibile soggiornare all'aperto.
L'appartamento, ampio e fresco, ha una camera da letto matrimoniale e una grande stanza soggiorno con cucina e divano letto matrimoniale.
Rispetto alla strada è lievemente sottoposto ma ciò non si percepisce per l'altezza dei vani c.a. 3 mt., la luminosità e per l'affaccio laterale alla terrazza a livello. Dalla terrazza un scalinata porta al mare dove ci sono i servizi per la balneazione (doccia - sdraio ecc) riservati ai soli ospiti del palazzo senza costi aggiuntivi..
