Stratton South Long Trail Studio Adjacent to the Village and Lifts

Come enjoy the convenience of this cozy studio located adjacent to the village and lifts at Stratton Mountain. Our Studio condo is in the Long Trail House located directly across from Stratton Village where you can walk to the base lodge and lifts. Park in the heated garage beneath Long Trail, store your gear in the ski lockers and walk across the street for direct access to the lifts as well as the shops and restaurants in the village. The studio features views of Stratton Mountain, a living room with gas fireplace and flat screen TV, a queen murphy bed and a pull out full size sofa bed. Kitchenette with bar seating make this the perfect base for a couple or small family. The unit has WiFi, a DVD player, cable TV and a Nintendo loaded with all the classic games. Long Trail features 2 hot tubs and an outdoor heated pool, all open year round. A well appointed lounge with wood burning fireplace overlooks the pool area. The concierge sets up complimentary coffee and pastries in high seasons. Common laundry area also located a few doors down from the unit.

Great ski stay

Great, convenient studio with clear communications from owners. Perfect for my family ski weekend. We really enjoyed being able to walk across the street for apre ski, dinners, and morning coffee.

Wonderful Long Trail House

Perfect in every way. Super clean, well equipped kitchen, great towels & beautiful view of Stratton Mountain. Easy access to Stratton village and ski lifts. Comfortable Murphy bed! Nice to have a parking garage with elevator access in the building -easy to load and unload Would highly recommend and I’ll definitely return !

Great location

Right across the road from Stratton Mountain. Check in was easy. Place was clean and comfortable. Much nicer and roomier than a typical hotel room. Highly recommended

Very much enjoyed our stay here. The condo was tidy and more spacious than we thought. The Murphy bed and pull out couch were great options and were easy to package away to allow for more space in the living room. Our hosts were communicative and efficient. The convenience of this apartment in terms of getting to the gondola and village shops/restaurants is unmatched. Thanks again!

Great stay in Stratton Village

This studio apartment was well equipped and very convenient to the shops and restaurants in the Village. It is also an easy walk to the lifts and a shuttle transfer really isn't needed.

Excellent stay at Longtrail!

Great little spot, directly across the street from Stratton village. The studio was great for our little family and the hosts were very responsive to our every need. The pool and hot tubs were a plus for post-skiing activities. We even got fresh snow over the weekend. We did not want to leave on Sunday!

Perfect location

The location is incredible. It was my first time to Stratton, and I would love to come back to the area. The fireplace and the balcony is nice. The info provided, communication, and follow-up could have been better, i.e. parking, checkin, pool, location/access, tv issues, etc. Also - I’m not sure why the price was so much higher this Particular weekend than normal costs. I enjoyed my stay, but the price for the value was off.

Clean, convenient

Walking distance to the lifts, spacious enough, very convenient and clean place. Like the pull-out bed, you can fold it in during the day for even more space.

Comfortable and functional studio

The studio felt more spacious than other studios we have stayed at. The walk-in closet was large enough to get all our clothes and luggage out of the way. The Long Trail House is a great location for a short walk to the slopes and restaurants. The manager Steve was very responsive and helpful.

Super convenient

Just across the street from the mountain & town. Best part was that the VRBO owner mailed us the key cards prior to arrival. So upon arrival did not even have to get out of the vehicle in order to get into the garage/unit.

Convenient and easy

Studio in Long Trail House was perfect for a solo mid week stay. The unit was immaculate, and towels and linens were new and high quality. It is apparent that the owner cares about the property and renter’s experience. Owner was accessible through app and quickly responded to all questions. My only recommendation is that kitchen have more items to make preparing meals and cleaning up easier ( such as dish towels, and sheet pans).

Just OK

Location is great. Bed needs to be replaced. The kitchen has no pans; only pots available. The toaster barely worked. No Kleenex available in the room. Other people rented rooms in the same building that was much more organized. Be aware there is no daily cleaning (other renters did have daily cleaning). Owners were easily available through messaging.
