The Space:

Snow settles softly in the trees as you step inside, boots by the door and the quiet of Blackcomb Benchlands wrapping around you. After a day on the mountain, steam rises from the hot tub below while the fireplace glows indoors, creating an easy rhythm of warmth, rest, and winter calm. Forest and mountain views frame the windows, reminding you that the slopes and trails are just outside.



The townhouse is designed to sleep up to 10 guests across four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, spread comfortably over multiple levels. The primary bedroom on the upper floor features a king bed, walk-in wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom with heated floors, a deep soaking tub, a glass-enclosed shower, and a double vanity. On a lower level, one bedroom offers a queen bed with its own ensuite and glass shower. Another bedroom includes a king-split bed that can be arranged as twins, paired with an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The fourth bedroom is set up with two sets of bunk beds, making it especially well suited for families or groups traveling together.



Living spaces feel bright and open, with vaulted ceilings and large windows that bring in winter light and mountain scenery. Comfortable seating surrounds the presto log fireplace, creating a natural gathering place after skiing or snowshoeing. A TV is available for relaxed evenings, and a dedicated workspace near the primary bedroom provides a quiet spot for reading or remote work. Window AC units in the living room and primary bedroom, along with heating and portable fans, help maintain comfort year-round.



The kitchen and dining areas support easy group meals. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, and two dining areas - a breakfast nook and a round dining table - each seat six, allowing flexibility for shared meals or staggered schedules. Just off the main living level, the balcony includes outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill, offering fresh alpine air even in colder months when conditions allow.



Outdoor living continues on the lower deck, where the hot tub is tucked into a sheltered setting, ideal for unwinding as snow falls around you. Practical features include a mudroom for gear storage, washer and dryer, WiFi, and secure underground parking for two vehicles. An EV charger is available, with fees applying.



The townhouse sits in the quiet, forested Blackcomb Benchlands neighborhood. Ski-in access from Lower Cruiser Run is available when snow conditions allow, and Lost Lake is nearby via walking paths. A free shuttle close to the home connects you with Whistler Village and the Upper Village for dining, shopping, and lift access.

Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. Two designated parking spaces are provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Snowgoose is located in Whistler’s Blackcomb Benchlands, set in a quiet, forested area near Lost Lake and the Chateau Whistler Golf Course. Guests enjoy ski-in access from Blackcomb Mountain in winter and easy walking or biking access to the Valley Trail and Lost Lake Park in summer. The free village shuttle stops nearby, making it simple to reach Whistler Village and the Upper Village without a car.

• 15-minute walk to Blackcomb Mountain Gondola

• 20-minute walk to the Village Stroll

• 20-minute walk or 4-minute drive to Fresh Street grocery store

• 10-minute walk to Upper Village

• Free shuttle to village: Exit the complex onto Blackcomb Way and turn left, the bus stop will be on the right going uphill



Other Things to Note:

• Air conditioning. There are two wall air conditioners, one in the dining room and one in the primary bedroom, each controlled by a panel on the unit.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
