Sleeping arrangements
Set up for up to four guests, the condo includes a primary bedroom with a king bed, wardrobe storage, and a TV for relaxed nights in. A separate den area includes a tri-bunk bed suited for children or additional guests. Two full bathrooms provide comfort for small groups - one with a bathtub and heated floors, and another with a glass-enclosed shower.

The open-concept living area centers around an indoor fireplace, creating a natural gathering place after skiing or winter walks. Forest views fill the large windows, and the private patio or balcony offers a quiet outdoor moment surrounded by trees. Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the ski locker room and building amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness centre, and front desk service. The building features an elevator from the parkade for easy access. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival, with keycard access provided via the front desk or lockbox for after-hours arrivals.
The Neighborhood:
The Woodrun Lodge is one of Whistler's most sought-after locations. It is conveniently located close to the lifts on Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village and features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facility. Enjoy the serenity of the mountains, with a short 10-minute walk, or a 5-minute free shuttle to Whistler Village. Access the ski-in/ski-out via the ski locker room to find yourself at the Blackcomb Gondola in a matter of seconds! After a day on the hill skiing, hiking or biking, enjoy a soak in one of Whistler's largest hot tubs at this four seasons property.
Getting Around:

• Free village shuttle (Route 5) Leaving from the reception, walk for two minutes, and then turn right at the junction, you will see the shuttle stop
Other Things to Note:
• Air conditioning. There is an air conditioning unit in the living room only. Fans are provided for all bedrooms.
• The den does not have windows.
• Skis and bikes are not allowed inside individual units.
• Maximum parking clearance is 6'8 in the underground parking. There are 3 over-height parking spots located by the cul-de-sac on Spearhead Place available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No parking pass is required as Whistler Municipality manages the spaces. You must park between the parking signs or you may be towed and/or ticketed.
