Fitzsimmons Walk is located just north of Whistler Village, along the Valley Trail and beside Fitzsimmons Creek. Nesters Market is just across the road for groceries and essentials, and the village is a 10-minute walk via a scenic trail. Getting Around:
• 7-minute walk to the north end of the Village Stroll
• 4-minute walk to Nesters Market Shopping Center which is home to a grocery store, a liquor store, a pharmacy, a cafe, a Mexican restaurant and a sushi restaurant.
• 2-minute drive to the Whistler Day Parking Lots, and an additional 5-minute walk to the base of the mountain
• 20-minute walk or 15-minute cycle to the Lost Lake trails
• A public bus stop is located just outside the complex entrance, on the corner of Blackcomb Way and Nancy Greene Drive.

Other Things to Note:
• Stairs. The home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
