Fantastic house for a fantastic holiday.

The house was well set up and catered excellently for our large family. The number 5 shuttle bus was just outside the door and made it very easy to access both Blackcomb and Whistler mountains.

Upper Village - Whistler

Great floor plan for our group & the perfect, quite hide-away w/easy access to all the activities. Having the Valley Trail Bike Path out our door was fabulous & the security for all our gear was awesome.

Nice spacious house in a great location. Kitchen was very well equipped. Bus to the slopes is a 5 minute walk (less if you want a longer ride), with buses every 5-10 minutes. Without ski-gear, walk into the village is only 10-15 minutes. The two parking spots were a must for us (maybe in the summer, street parking is an option). Management staff were responsive and helpful.

Excellent Stay in Whistler

The house was very clean upon arrival. The house was perfect accommodation for 10 Adults. The check-in process was fairly easy, except the instructions to access the parking facility under the unit. Otherwise our group enjoyed our stay and was a great location to easily access both Whistler and Blackcomb mountains.

Upper Village Whistler

Everything worked out beautifully. Close to all the activities, but extremely quite. Easy access to Lost Lake & all the Valley Bike Trails. Locked underground parking for all the gear & quick access to the street. Good floor plan for our group of 6 adults & 2 kids - highly recommend - Dianna

Overall the home amenities were in good condition. The kitchen was well supplied with plates and pans but no kitchen condiments were provided. The parking situation is awkward with only one key to the garage and two spots for the unit. The free bus to town was convenient but did not run on one snowy day which necessitated walking to the base. The "ski-in" trail did not have enough snow to be usable. The hosts were very responsive to a service failure, sending someone to remake a bed in less than an hour.

Hi Kimberly, Thank you for choosing to stay at Snowgoose 18 and for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback. We’re glad the home and kitchen met your needs and that our team was able to respond promptly to resolve the bedding issue. We also appreciate your comments regarding areas where we fell short. While we don’t typically provide kitchen condiments, we will review whether adding basic non-perishables could enhance the guest experience. We also note your feedback on the parking setup. Regarding the bus service and ski-in trail, these are subject to weather conditions, which can occasionally limit access. We’ll enhance our listing and arrival information to provide clearer guidance so guests can plan accordingly. Thank you again for your constructive comments. Your feedback helps us continually refine our properties and service. We would be delighted to welcome you back to Whistler for another exceptional stay. Warm regards, Whistler Platinum

Great place to stay!

Overall our experience was great. Excellent location. Close to the village and all amenities. Great access to trails and the lost lake was super close. So much scenery!!! The layout was perfect for the two families that shared the house. However, I felt the house was not stocked with necessities, such as tea towels and paper towels. The garage should be accessed via a code instead of a key. Someone always had to get the key to open garage and being there are two families an extra key would have been much more convenient. A larger deck would have been nice so therefore did not utilize. The basement bathroom toilet did not flush properly and therefore could not use it. Other than that, it was the perfect location and a very nice home.

Terrific Vacation

Thanks to the Whistler Platinum team - the townhouse was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the regular text/email updates and communications. Your customer service is excellent - probably the best I've encountered in several years. Ruby, Tessa, Georgia and the rest of the crew were very responsive to our queries and/or requests. One final small item - the lack of hot water in the master bathroom and particularly the shower, needs to be rectified. Many mornings I had to take a lukewarm or even cold shower. This was even before anyone else in the townhouse had awakened in the morning. The folks staying in bedrooms downstairs seemed to have lots of hot water. Thanks again for a terrific experience!!! Snowgoose 18 Review

Rented Snowgoose 18 for one week and the entire group was very happy with the accommodations. Kitchen was spacious and a great layout for meal preparation. The island allowed many people to be invoked with prep and cleanup. Never short of any utensils or anything else in the kitchen. Nice set up between eating area in kitchen and eating area between kitchen and living room. Good space for everyone. The bunk bed room was smaller than portrayed by the photos and the hot tub access was through one of the bedrooms. Those are the only two criticisms. Overall, excellent chalet and excellent response to any minor issue that came up, such as the hot tub temperature. The one key access for the parking garage was inconvenient but we were informed this was being corrected with more keys being made. The ski out to the chalet was a nice option for some. Even accessible for a beginner until it melted and turned to ice. We would definitely stay here or similar in a future trip. Satisfied, Stewart and guests

Amazing stay with family

Can’t say enough good things about our stay in Whistler! Perfect for multiple families and kids. Lots of space for everyone and all bedrooms have a private bathroom (except the room with bunk beds). The master bedroom is massive and we were able to put a mattress in the large closet (the size of most dens) for our toddler. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you need. The bbq worked well and the private hot tub was a nice bonus. Perfect location to get to lost lake and walking trails. A bit far from the village (20ish minute walk) but we didn’t mind. Check in was very easy and seamless. The property management company was very responsive for all of our questions. We would definitely recommend this property for your stay in Whistler.

Great place, great space, great location

We had a great stay at this location and would definitely stay again. Everything about our stay was great. If I had one wish it would be for a secure bike space. The single bike rack in the garage was full of old, unused bikes and so we had to improvise with storing the bikes we brought!
