Indian Ridge Oaks holiday lettings

We stayed in the villa for two weeks in July/August.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa was exceptionally clean and felt modern and refreshed.The pool was very private with plenty of sun and shade/shelter when needed.The owners were on hand to help us with anything we needed and couldn't have been more attentive.The location was peaceful and we felt very safe in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood which didn't feel very 'touristy'.The parks are an easy short drive away, as are a host of dining options either in the 192 area or down towards Davenport.If we return to Florida, we would definitely book this villa again. Highly recommended.

The house is situated in Kissimmee, very close to all the Disney Parks and 30 minutes from Universal. It is situated on a quiet, residential street. It is a large property with themed bedrooms, a great living space and well stocked kitchen/diner area. Ivan was an attentive but non-intrusive host, was readily contactable and gave check-in/out information in plenty of time. There is a lovely pool area at the rear of the property with alarms on all doors to prevent children from Getting into the pool area unnoticed. We would definitely book this property again, it really was perfect for our family of 7! Thank you Ivan

This property is just perfect. Simple as that. There is everything you will need to enjoy your stay from comfortable furniture, fantastic beds and a well equipped kitchen. There are also multiple tv’s with plenty to watch at the end of a busy day. The pool area is great and has plenty of loungers and chairs to use. We opted not to buy the pool heating in October but still used the pool every day. I would recommend the heating if your holiday is November onwards though. The home owner Dominic is great and we received replies to our questions almost immediately which really puts your mind at rest. A good amount of information about the house is supplied at the start of your rental period and Dominic also offered suggestions of eating and entertainment in the local area. The property is located in a great area, a couple of miles away from the busy 192 area and with excellent access to the 192, i4 & several toll roads via multiple routes. I would definitely recommend this property and will hope to stay here again in the future.

This is a fantastic holiday home with everything and so much more than you could want or need on vacation. The kitchen had more utensils and gadgets than we knew what to do with! If you’re a Disney fan, you’re going to LOVE the decor, it’s so much fun. The pool is an excellent size too, and the location is amazing for all the dining options on the 192 - and so easy to get to the Disney/Universal too. Can’t recommend enough, we will definitely be staying here again. Arlene is a joy to deal with too, and really cares which just makes everything so much better. Thank you!!!

We had a fantastic 2 week stay at the Villa. It had everything we needed and was just the right size for the 3 of us. We'd definitely stay here again on our next visit to Orlando. Carol was a fantastic host, is really friendly and answered any questions we had really quickly! Thanks for a brilliant stay!!
