Perfect multi family getaway. 2 separate cottages each with 2 bedrooms with room for 11 guests each.
This 1920’s estate features a custom 1/2 Olympic indoor pool, tennis court, pickle ball court, & now brand new privete disc golf course 70+ acres of trailed wooded property, and more. The estate is 5 minutes from Tobyhanna state park for fishing, hiking, and camping. It is 15-20 minutes from lake Wallenpaupack public boat launch for fishing, water sports, and lake adventuring. It is 20 minutes from multiple indoor water parks and ski mountains.
Both cottage are included in the booking
Renting at the Tuscany manor gives you use of all amenities on your stay for a safe and fun family getaway.

Perfect Property

My friends and I had a blast. There was 15 of us who were all able to have a spot to sleep comfortably. Property was perfect for what we were looking for. Pool, grill, pickleball court, lots of space and tables to hang out and play some games. Check in/out process was super easy and the owner was very responsive. Couldn’t recommend any better place for a large group of guys!!!

Great gathering space

We spent a weekend here and really enjoyed ourselves. The pool was perfect, like our own resort. The pickle ball court was really fun and the bbq area was definitely a warm space to hang with friends.

Great Family Getaway

Clean property, with plenty of things to do for family ages ranging from 1 to 17 years old for children, and adults. We got a lot of use out of the indoor pool and pickle ball court!

Our families, total of 13 people, loved our stay! The rain didn't bother us much with the indoor pool and covered grill area were our favorite hangout spots. The pickleball court was a hit with all ages!

My name is Silvio Vitiello.
I was born in Italy, came to the U.S. in the mid 80.
I am a restaurateur and a real estate developed.

Why they chose this property

I’ve chosen this particular property to race my family 17 years ago, the history of this place is stunning.
The structure was build in the mid 1920s, the original owner was a bootlegger from New York, it is believed that it took 4 years to finish the project.
With laboring 40 masons from Europe.
We enjoyed our time here and now that my boys are grown up and moved on I’ve decided to share this beautiful estate with other families, so far it is been wonderful to have met so many great families making new memorable moments here.

What makes this property unique

The salt water heated pool is in my opinion the main attraction, although my favored part of the estate is the tranquility here, with 20 acres of wooded space.
Plenty to do here from outdoors grilling to enjoy tennis, to try a pickle ball game my now favorite sport...:).
We are minutes away from skiing, boating, water parks, golf, fishing, casino,restaurants, and more.
