Our holiday home "Villa Butterblume" is located in a beautiful outskirts of a newly created and friendly holiday home settlement in Zinnowitz on the backwaters.

In our lovingly furnished holiday home you can spend a relaxing and relaxing vacation. It is equipped with a sauna, fireplace, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and with its 115 m² of living space offers space for 7 people and is therefore suitable for families as well as for a vacation with friends.

There is plenty of space for relaxation and leisure fun on the 700 square meter property. You can enjoy the sun of Usedom on the extra-large terrace. Statistically, Usedom has the most sunny days in Germany.

There is a parking space for at least 3 cars on the property.

A thatched shed offers space for bicycles, in front of it is a large bike rack.

There is also a sand-filled tire for the little ones.

The large living area on the barrier-free ground floor with a comfortable seating area, integrated dining area and a fully furnished open kitchen with full equipment invites you to linger. You will also find a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with toilet and shower on the lower living level.

Even rainy days are a pleasure thanks to the comfortable sauna on the ground floor. After the sauna, the fireplace, a good book and a glass of wine create a nice holiday atmosphere.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. One bedroom upstairs is furnished as a living room and is also equipped with a pull-out couch. There is also a TV in this room with an integrated DVD player. Furthermore, 2 foldable children's travel beds (60 x 120) including bedding are included. The second upper bedroom has two single beds.

All single beds can easily be pushed together to form a double bed.

Two wardrobes and a spacious built-in closet offer plenty of storage space for luggage.

In the lower living area there is a dining table with 6 chairs as standard. Two additional chairs, which can be optionally added, are located in the bedrooms. There are also two children's chairs.

A special eye-catcher in the living area is an original Chinese wedding cabinet, in which there is a small inventory of books. This style is repeated in the form of a sideboard under the TV set. This in turn corresponds to the rest of the modern inventory. Original pictures of artists from our region complete our domicile.

All windows have mosquito screens.

Our Ms. Schmidt will show you around the house and give you the keys. Otherwise, she always has an open ear for your wishes and information and lives nearby. Our caretaker also maintains the property in winter, including daily winter service.
